You can take pretty much all clans on EU, with a few exceptions, and you find this kind of behaviour. Guilds zerg up and sit inside their zaptower cities looking at each other. Doing just about nothing that would add some flavor to PvP and add some fun ingame.

And god forbid if anyone break this "safezone" gameplay and siege during primetime hours! Then the zergs get together and with pure numbers set the agenda of continuing this safezone gameplay.

A good example is Pandora that lost their city in a prime time siege (standard for EU is off-hour sieges) even though they were 2:1 up against The Blackhand Order and Liandrii (2 guilds that actually have some balls). Pandora then resieged after getting SUN and KDS together with Friendly Fire, Red Army to join them to get a whopping 6:1 advantage. 

That could some call politics but i call it pure lameness and a game where numbers mean just about everything and player skill mean very little. 

This kind of behavior tell us alot about the "safezone" mentality that even the self-preclaimed "hardcore" guilds practice when it comes to reality. Talking big wont change this.

Some could claim game is boring cause there is so little content, which it is, but why then Zerg jump the clans that try to bring some fun to the game?

Why not take a hundred of your guild/alliance mates out of your zap tower cities and actually do something? Or would it be to few? 

 

zerg already make DF1 failing from day one first 3 months where terible, you had HUGE zergs it was rediculous it never worked and never will

When smaller clans try attack some other clan they just call there alliance and BAM clan lose all becouse 200 players zerg alliance took it back this small clan from the map.

Also this rediculous all race calns i never understood some in beginning try play the lore mahirim only clans or ork clans try fight the humans or alfar it never worked.

Darkfall should have gone Asheron's call system ala Darktide or race wars like lore said. Penalty for other races to join enemy allaince like mahirim or orks could never join filthy humans/dwarfs/elfs(mirdain) or alfar.

Would have all be alot deeper and interesting.

Sure in beginning The Mercs where mahirim clan but the exploited and cheated so much they where not worthy clan for darkfall.

The population is good, there's a steady influx of new players and most likely a steady outflow of people who realise the game isn't for them.

Too bad you didnt say 20+ or 30+ cuz it was pretty common in DFO regardless of the population. 

 

I left when i coudlnt find any group to beat my group of 5 and we were looking for a fight for hours only to find some farmers, afk gatherers and some unlucky players at the safe zone's borders. No!, i left because i'm tired to see everyone hiding in the safe zones or under their powerful zap towers that deals 30 damage per zaps. 

Except at the end of DF1 EVERY city apart from 2-3 was completely abandoned.

If you can't find PvP you should've relocated because we have no problems finding PvP whenever we want it. If you're roaming safezone borders, that's your issue, why harass newer players?

Abandoned becouse they where all sitting with there viginas catching sand macroing wholeday long that with all the cheating eventually killed the game.

Ive played for 2.5 years and 99% time most players macroing in clantowns or somewhere exploiting mobs.

I hear even the that most bugs and exploits still in the game lol.

Bad for PC soon we have clumsy constrolls, avatars idiotic movement and god awefull camera movement.

Will be nightmare seeing all my favorite PC games going down the drain:(

I dare place it in the same league of quality and gameplay fun as bioshock games.

They have invested no money into the game so they act however badly they want and do whatever they want with nothing to lose.

Yet, players like me who spend to support the games and the community  are treated like shit by the companies we are supporting, and if we get angry or make a complaint we get banned and lose the $400,$500.$1000 we have invested.

 

Personally I find what the industry has become to be disgusting, dishonest, and reprehensible.

 

 

 

First time i starting to hear about DLC/CASHSHOPS was around 2006 i think and already desided never spent one dime on DLC or Cashshops and gues what i never spent one dime on DLC and Cashshops hurray so i play mmo's sinds 1999 and never spent 1 euro cent on those two up untill 11-06-2013 and in next 15 years also no eurocent spent.

Would have spare you alot of money not wasted hehe.

Not sure what you mean by full relaunch, this is already the entire AC2 game as it was when it shut down so it has been fully relaunched.

 

They have said many times that the plan is to keep one sub for both AC1 and AC2, the same way it is currently.

 

 

As for a graphics update, I would assume not. They haven't redone all of AC1's graphics and it is older.

I generally tell people who focus on the eye candy and not the substance that AC1/2 might not be for them. Those who want more depth/more options in their gameplay though have a great option with these two games. Those who focus only on graphics are the ones that buy each new MMO and play for 2 weeks until being bored with the shallow gameplay.

And in the process destroying whole the genre with there dumbdown thinking ezmode instant cookies themeparks, even sandbox suffer from these ezmode zealots.

I had my moment last year.

Was running from my spawn place at beach inland i thought fuck it ill see how far i come so i found me a axe in barn inland and north of malievka i see chopper crash, i crouch towards chopper start seeking loot suddenly i hear cars stopping and alot of fire at me from some distance they hit me but i still could reach bushes near chopper.

Then i bandage and run little further into woods hide in a bush one player pass me i had only axe saw blurry but i got up and sneak behind him and axe him to death he still had a sniper DMR in is hand but it was difficult for him to hit me at close range so he shoot ones but missed.

I looted fast his DRM with 6 clips and nvgoggles and run away my day was good happy ending:)

Im bit puzzled why people buy a zombie survival game that have free for all full loot and permadeath, but cry curse and call names when you shoot them?

I was yesterday playing on server with around 35/50 people and most know this server have friendly's and bandits.

So i at elektra in hills sniping with my m24 mainly bandits i try avoid survivors if posible i always give benefit if doub if there pkers or not.

Many times when people(bandits in this case) get shot start calling awefull names and cursing and cry so much they leave lol.

Ican handles this np i never say anything when i die or kill its all in the game.

WTF is going with these people?

Are they even aware that this game is hardcore survival or what?

Where they forced buy Arma and install DayZ to play but wanne play kittyonline or what?

Or maybe they bought this package and thought it was peace for all make love not war and flowers in your hair hippie time or what?

EMO's playing DayZ so they can cry alot?

Btw i never say anything i keep doing what this game ment to be kill zombies and players who are thread to survive.

DayZ man i can't wait for standalone.

Im playing everyday now DayZ MOD, game is what most sandbox should have been, no bloody lvls-xp-skills-stats or armor just pure survival all players are same only weapons you find make difference.

And permadeath works PERFECTLY in DayZ.

A huge open realistic world with 0% loadscreens seamingly gameworld with no restrictions, just awesome.

DayZ will my future multiplayer/mmo world to roam around.

Atleast sony is sticking with the program they almost made the same mistake with their ps3 controllers.

 so, there are basically 3 consoles.  Nintendo, sony, Microsoft.  by your own admission Nintendo and MS aliented their core customers, yet consoleS are growing ???  the way I see it, they aren't dying or growing -- rather they are floundering.  nothing to see here, except dumbed down PC clones for kids.

Consoles are a league away from PCs in terms of money making and people playing. The reason is simple, a controlled environment, from a business view as well as technical, less piracy. For the gamers, its cheaper in the long run... you won't need to upgrade your console every 2 years or so to play the newest game properly, the online community is way bigger, there is always people playing the game you want to play and now even f2p is a thing, with mmos getting stronger over there i should say PC gaming is dying... The only type of game you can play on a PC but not on a console is Strategy games... they are poorly executed on consoles. 

PC will always be on forfront hardware wise with superb graphics that consoles never will have.

PC is alot more flexible and freedom for gaming like modding and playing so many different games and styles and open source in open system console never have.

Look at SKYRIM for example we have 20k+ mods already playing with graphics consoles can only dream of maybe in few years they catch up but PC wins again the gaming WAR..

Not to mention PC can do so much more then console besides gaming.

Consoles are restricted and at launch already behind in specs and performance.

PC is in every way superior to consoles.
