Well im all new to the world of WarHammer. and there for do not know most about this classes, or races. Bur from what i have seen i quess i´ll try out the Chaos - Chosen Worrior´s.
- That bring me to a other qestion: Will this class be a all tank class, or wil it be hybrid and how ? 

Beside this i haer that there will be vampires in the game, and thats all me. Classes combined to the world of Shadow´s.

Is there pvp or rvr ?

I like to know what the resistens do for onein VG - I dont fell the deff, on me and a guild member i play whit. I dont last longer or anything.
So the thing is, do resist work in VG, And what about on the pvp severs ?

And i allso need to know, howcome that I whit a shield / 1h, allmost do the same damage, as when i use 2h ? pluse, how come i dont last most longer whit my shield & 1h, then i do whit the 2h ?

Thanks for all the input to this post, to make it short. I like to put it this way.

1.
WH has nothing new to ad to the MMORPG world, but a RVR systen build over 4 steps. Then one as in DOAC.

2.
WH looks like WOW in grafic, and in skill/abilitys use. There for alot of WH is the same as WOW interface.

3.
About AOC and WH. AOC, did build a all RVR system, build on team / Guild work. The inplanted a single player game as was it Diablo, so what it give u time to laern your class, before metting the real world.
A system like this, dont hid behide a safe wall, ( RVR safe wall ) or gates/portals to a rvr Arena/area( Wow). It forces one to live in faer, and to help/back up friends. Or it give the chance to be a Aaaasins.(solo player/small rvr team.)

There combat system force the Player to not only to know how to play the class, but allso to laern use there skills.
Eks. A tank is not as any other Tank. A caster is not as any other casters. Its the player that do the diff.

4.
Personly i think. WH should have:
1. Keep the rvr system ( thou in a upen world, protected by factions guards ).
2. Get a team as the ones made (eks. L2) to make the grafic. That way even a normal computer can run it. And its alot "Hotter" to look at.
3. Build a:
Stats xp system as VG.
Faction xp System as VG.
Skill system as WOW, and the hiden Skill system.
Path system as VG.( make one even more unike the other same classes ).
Make a crafing system as SWG.

WH will not only be for the "WH-Fans" but allso for everyone els.

WH now release there game in 2007 4Q, insted of 2008 4Q. And whit only 6 classes. And a few other things, all this only becuse they are afred of losing there players to AOC. And i belive that that is tru.

Why:
Its a WOW clone, in all ways.
Whit that they kill the Combat system, the grafic and the hopes for a Awsom NEW rvr game.

AOC did take the combat system to a way higher lvl, and the classes to a way higher lvl. Beside that they take the DAOC rvr system, and make it alot better, and more grp and skill based.

• I have playd a alot of online games, all say that thay have made the bedste and the newest geme out there. But the the thing is they make it so hard for us players to play the game at the best.
  
  Tell me why dont they take:
  Asisan's designers and there system, for grafic and that system. ?
  US/UN kingdom for there game interface system. ?

Mix that and you will have a game that is as easy to play as WOW, and a game that has a " almost " Perfect interface system.!

Forstarters:
Sorry for my bad english.

I have playd vanguard in the last Beta, and are now waiting to play it when released.
Beside Vanguard, i have play both beta, and the game it self:

Dark Age Of Camelot.

Wow

SWG

And are now waiting for AOC and WH.

Overwiew:
About VG i have to say that it is a well done game from the adventure, chrs, and pve part of the game. But for thoes who know EQ and Diablo thats old news, becuse that is what this game is build on.

Grafic:
Beside that the grafic are powerfull, but its a shame that the most of us only will se that from In game screen shot, taken from the most powerfull computers, and the rest of us. Has to play the game on the lowest setting.

• Bug's:
  I can only say that its tru VG has a problem whit all the bugs, and that they realy need to work on that, up til a few days ago there were no way to target ones defensiv targets ( grp members or other - pluse other races got invis in dougens ). And now that the game is " hard core " comperet to other when exp' en alone, the game did not offer as many grp adcentures as it cut.
  
  There is allso the skill list, and other related information from the main webside.
  Things like skill tree, crafting help ( guide ), pvp related information. Combat system in both pve and pvp and alot more are missing up to the day when the game is releasd.
  
  Eks:
  The necromancer ( what i play ), has diffrent class and skill infromation from the webside, and the ingame skill tree. There are supost to rais dead, and summon minons. All that is not on the ingame skill tree, but are inform in many version from official game informations. Allso the "faer" skill do not work on players, and there are no information on this. ( So you need to laer alot, from the hard way )
  -When that is said. They told us that the game it self are not build on pvp/ rvr or anything like that, but mainly on pve.
  -But what im trying to say is that its hard to chose a class to play when you know knowthing about it.
  
  Crafing:
  Crafting dont offer alot, becuse all that can be crafted, can be found on drop, and even better drops will be found. Pluse crafting wil take alot longer then it will to lvl normaly.
  But what crafting offer is - Ships, and building. Becuse this can only be made by a crafter of the right proffesion, and sold to others.
  
  Adventure:
  Well this area there is not most to tell about. The system is perfect, and the adventure is "powerfull. Well its EQ like, and whit alot of WOW in it.
  All quest are nicely told, and has a good guiding in it.
  
  Combat system:
  All the classes has its own unike, combat styles, and can chose form diffrent ways of useing them, i diffrent situstions. That part are all so wery nice done, it make all the classes more fun, and they all need more skills to play perfect.
  - But beside this, and beside the few classes that have up to 3- 4 unike lines to chose from latter on all the classes are the same in the end. And thats a sham.
  -Som of us hope for a skill tree, that was mixd between SW and WOW.
  
  Mounting:
  The mounting part are allso wery nice, you can get mounts from lvl 1 if u like to / and have the mpre for it or do the low hores quest. But beside this you all so get ALOT other types of mount in time, and at last the ones to fly on
  

Not all games are perfect VG is one off em, but VG is allso a game that has alot to offer no other ganes has, and we are all hoping for alot more out of this game.

My guess is make a a new server set, to bring life back to the game.
New servers:

All old classes before SI.
All new raceses will be okay.

Keep the CL, CW and the new class abilitys, and the fix RA.

Still keep the: No buff bott, cata worlds. and the new LOTM ( whit no maulers )
Remove PL - by grp need to be min. 4 lvl under or over, grp leader.

I think that will help the game ones again. Pluse they can then take some of this abilitys or make new ones, atless that will bring the nr. of classes to a okay nr.

Beside this i personal like to see, CL,CW, + EPQ combind to one thing: C.epq.
Full armor, wep of skill, 2 if due, 1 + shield if so, 2h if so ect.
Way of CL u like.
All from kings quest, all truogh lvls, and rvr.

Hello all.

Im waiting for a new Online game, and overall i find Vanguard interesting. But i have laern form a handfull of other Online games, that they dont work at all in the long run, if there is no pvp or rvr in the game.

But pvp and rvr is not "just", becuse thies systems allso need to be perfect, and a system link in GW dont work, same goes for WOW system.

Even to day - thou the game is dead, DAOC still has the best pvp and rvr system.

So what i like to know, is how does the pvp / RvR system in vanguard. I dont feel that i have found any good information out there.
So i count on you guys - for the true.
