Well, WAR can't be worse than AoC, honestly.

And at least the guys behind WAR have shown that they are able to deliver good PvP/RvR with DAoC which I currently prefer again over all the so-called next generation MMOGs.

Well, I actually just resubbed DAoC and canceled my AoC sub for now.

Note though that since Sunday's patch the game runs like shit for a lot ATI/AMD gamers. I made it only to level 10 yet due to the client being completely unstable since that darn patch.

And this is from someone who was really surprised in a positive way how well they got the game in the last two weeks of beta... now my CE sits right next to me, but I won't touch it until they fix this piece of shit.

Oh, btw, the thing that makes me angry is NOT the fact it doesn't run on my computer anymore from one day to the other, but that unFUNCOM isn't saying a darn word about these problems...

I'm pretty much sold on Dark Templar. I was really having a great time with him on the PvP weekend, I actually went on a killing spree with that guy.

Honestly, I did best when playing Dark Templar, might have been luck though, hehe. But anyway, even though damage was not the best, durability was great and I even saved some team mates' arses using martyrdom.

Now that you're saying it... I haven't logged in to LOTRO for quite some time now. :D

This laptop surpasses the recommended system requirements for Age of Conan. It should run it very well.

I'm still waiting for a MMO based on the awesome Earthdawn fantasy role-playing game but I'm afraid that will never happen.

He still has a point though. They didn't really show anything to get excited about yet. And considering how long this game is in development just makes it worse.

I think you won't see much of a difference when upgrading to any of the cards you've listed.

The brought up 7600GT is also already dated. I'd look around for a 79XX model, like the 7900GS.

I think it makes the healers job much harder that way, but also more exciting than standing in the back pushing hotkeys while watching party health bars.

What I read so far is that you can play with any european version on any european server, so UK version on german server should work well. Also rumor is there'll be language packs available some time after or at release.

The registration key just determines what you will see. And UK version will be full gore, full nudity.

I want no probably poorly dubbed version and I want decapitations, so I just pre-ordered from UK. And it's even a bargain, considering the price of less than 40 euros including shipping.

It would make no sense to either release the game with a broken/bad class or to hold up the game's release if we are not sure even how to fix a bad/broken class. I personally think, the more classes, the harder to balance. And since AoC is a lot about PvP I think class balance is important.

Also, I don't get why people are so upset about that change. It's not like they took out all the caster-type classes or something...
