You say at the start of your post that you've give up "ALL" hope.  But then your post goes on to explain that you have many other hopes.  And then your first reply within this thread speaks of yet more hope.

APB gets a 'boring world' con when SW:TOR doesn't, which is the KING Of absolutely boring worlds and APB's city is extremely populated with NPCs that move around speaking on Payphones and buying newspaper and window shopping at the malls. All sorts of shit goes on in the APB city and this "reviewer" just pulls out a random bulls**** con to slap onto this game.

This website needs to stop doing reviews. They don't even take them seriously.

SW:TOR's best features were its Cinematic cutscenes.  The game itself is a joke.

TERA may suck too, but judging a game on its cutscenes is purely stupid.

How many people on this website haven't played SW:TOR and go around talking about it here?

If someone has enough interest in the game to write posts here, either negative or positive, then I'm pretty confident that that person has also played the game by now.

And getting me attached to my character like that is how you retain my money.

You know, in reality, you go to a theme park every now and then and you spend a few hours in it and you have a good time and then you go home.

But these companies pretend like we want to go to a themepark and stay in it 7 days a week, 31 days a month and so on.

And they're wrong! They're, falt out, freaking, wrong.

Add a new Rollercoaster... Thats great, yay, ride it a few times, done!

Until these companies make a game that isn't a Themepark... They're never going to retain citizens. CITIZENS.  You want people live in your game, then build them a world they want to stay in.

SW:TOR's hokey voice system will not be replicated for all manner of reasons.

Not going back unless the game starts taking itself more sseriously.  It was turning into a goofy, and really ugly ugly.  Ugly armor, ugly horses, ugly zones.  The game was getting more hideous with everything they released.

And the combat is a wretched snooze-fest.

LOTRO should be serene and exciting.  It had the Serenity, but none of the Excitement.
