Conquer Online: New Sub-Class & New Steeds Heading Your Way!

With the 8th Anniversary for Conquer Online approaching, we're now only a few days away from the next major update! Following the epic Legends Return expansion, the TQ team is proud to present some thrilling new features, which will bring a whole new sub-class into sight, the Wrangler! Known as an experienced trainer and handler of animals, a Wrangler can equip their mounts with different Steed Garments, giving them a brand new look (Deer & Tiger)! This won't just make riding more fun, but it will also be quite pleasing to the eyes! Besides, this new sub-class could add various attributes to the character, which will be of great help during a battle! Let's take a look!
Cool, isn't it? After you take a full command of the skills of a Wrangler, these unique outfits are yours to use! There will be many steed garments available, each category having ten different styles of garments. The higher phase you reach as a Wrangler, the shaper your steeds will look! This brand new sub-class and new Steed Garments will be released on May 19th! If you think this is all, you couldn't be more wrong! This is just a taste of what's coming up next! Those who have been charging into battle on steeds will soon be able to get hands-on time with another marquee feature - fighting on mounts! This will shake up the whole landscape of battle and change forever the way people fight right now, as there will be fighters on mounts AND on foot! New forms of PK tournaments will also emerge! Who knows what other ways there could be in the future? Brace yourself for the coming update on May 19th! Stay tuned to our official site for more details!

As of May 3rd, Conquer Online will have been running for 8 years. That’s quite a milestone for any game, and it’s a sort of thing that deserves quite a celebration! After opening its gates in 2003, this high-kicking MMO has taken masses of players from around the world to a fantastic universe of Kung-Fu heritage and ancient Chinese mythology. Following the successful expansions of New Dynasty and Raiding Clans, CO continued to bring more features in game. After the release of the Ninja class and the steed system, CO launched a brand new expansion, Legends Return, and introduced sub-classes, new PK contests, new bosses and the most anticipated new class, Monk. Still, the game shows no signs of stopping! Yet it's the talented players that continue to help Conquer Online grow as a successful, long-lasting MMO. Conquer Online, an epic online adventure, and nearly a decade in the making! The TQ team is proud to announce the upcoming 8th Anniversary for Conquer Online! Since the release in 2003, CO has proven itself to be one of the most successful MMOs of its genre, spawning several expansion packs and subsequent titles, and introducing millions of players to the ancient Chinese martial arts world.
Time passes by, but the memories remain! For most MMO gamers, a long stretch of time doesn’t just mean more quests, storylines, or other new content added to the game. What matters most are the special memories and experiences that they harvest from the world they inhabit! MMOs truly are virtual worlds, and they are always changing over time and becoming richer places for players to be. Conquer Online is no exception.
Keeping the gameplay fresh and exciting, while not losing its original style, is one of the greatest challenges for a developer. After 8 years of adventure, danger, and story-telling, CO shows no signs of stopping! With 7 language versions, 6 expansion packs, 3 new classes, hundreds of new features and a lot more additions on the way, Conquer Online has done an exceptional job in this aspect!
But nothing would have been achieved without the support of the vast player community.Ninja, Monk, steed system, Classic CO server and many more other features – most of these brilliant ideas are considered as the game’s most important additions in recent years and they were what our players’ been asking for years.
Having a long-term community can make things a lot more interesting. Players can be more vocal, more accurate when describing an issue, and much more passionate about what they want. After all, many of them have spent years building their characters. And of course, we have to be aware that we have new players joining the fray, and this group is one of the most important elements to the whole picture. The team has to consider options for both of the groups of players. The developers learned from past experiences and went the extra mile to put in what players like, and to leave out what they don’t like.
So after 8 years of providing adventure and fun for hundreds of thousands of players, where does Conquer Online go next? There’s no doubt that the game is going to continue to put out awesome content, and get even bigger and better in the future!

Mac Conquer Enters Beta Testing, Apr. 8th!

The TQ team is proud to announce that the final Mac beta version of Conquer Online is scheduled to be available for download on April 8th!
During the closed beta test, a new independent server will be established for Mac players to sign in, with game features optimized for their resident operating system. When the official Mac client is released, players will be able to connect to the same servers as the PC users. The players who take part in this beta test will be provided with a full set of super equipments, all skills, and in-game items, so that they can go straight to testing out the various features. All of the server data will be removed when the beta comes to a close. We look forward to hearing the feedback from all of these wonderful testers, so that we can get the Mac client ready for its big day!
