Maybe that is why alot of people started using Raptr resently and that DCuo just got release?

Yup agree, cant believe I wasted 50 dollars on it. The amount of bugs , lack of things and crappy ui + chat system makes it even worse. I will not even play the 30 day free play out. Huge failure.

I bought the game since none was so kind to gimme a buddy key and there was no trial to grab either.

I will not subscribe since I think the game is boring and all that people do in it is get to level 30 and go gank level 1-15. 

The controls cant be changed, you got many skills but only 6  hotbars to use. Chat system and the ui is really sloppy and none thougth of. There is alot more wrong with it but I forgot half about it since I decided not to sub anymore.

I will play my free month then throw the game on the shelf like the rest of the 1month sub play worth games.

Game feels so boring compared to Rift cant wait till tomorrow when the next beta is up.

The game sure needs alot of polish tbh. I barely got passed the tutorial zone due to so many disconnects from the game. Tried the shooting and different weapons so far. I wanna try more to form a better opinion tho. 

So I will get back to ya on that.

I dont think there is a game better than RIFT atm. And Aion sure isnt better maybe the crafting and the flying but I dont see anything else. Besides I wanna have fun while I level and some variety which is why I choose Rift over Aion.

I want a key also :( waited so long to beta test it and I missed out.

I wanted to test this mmo for a long time. I would be very happy if I got a key. Thanks you rock! :)

The beta download is up and running. You should all have recieved a mail by now. Downloading at 6mb/sec so the servers are just as good as the other betas.

I am sure youre going to be able to update your Rift client 1-2 days before the acuall betas start. The speeds on the update on the  Rift servers are really fast, so getting the client up to date before the beta start is gonna be very likely.

In other words just be patient and its all gonna work out.

the funny thing is that I argued against exactly the same points as I have here, that LotR was perfectly functional but just very boring etc, and I was shouted down by the fanbots, much the same was as I get around here. I was told that lotR was awesome and great, and was gonna be the new big MMO.

LotR is free to play with cash shop these days.

 

Lotro isn't a bad game. It's gotten some great critic reviews and before the f2p hate it was generally regarded as a good mmo even on these forums. Turbine decided to go f2p for one reason, the success of DDO. So bringing up f2p as some end result of Lotros failure makes no sense. It's one of the best mmorpgs when it comes to it's quest content and game world... Honestly it looks like you may have been wrong about lotro just like you are about rift.

The only reason mmo games go F2P is because they dont have enough subs, therefor the game is a fail and that is why they went F2P nothing else. So I think youre wrong.

ANy game that does not offer a 7day trial atleast is a crap game, since then the devs are too scared to even give 7days it cant be good at all.

On the EQ extended there is quite alot  of ppl,  feels like its more than before. Give it a try if you dont have anything to do.
