lol, AO was my first MMO. When I started I ran it fine with a 250mhz computer and an 8mb video card. Of course I didn't have anythign maxed out, but that is still good..

The game is so old now it may have troubles with modern computers. I can run Tabula Rasa and Hellgate: London fine at max settings.. and AO is a bit choppy in some areas, but overall it runs fine. It is free, so just download it and see for yourself. If it runs fine, great.

I would be so happy if they made an AO2 with better graphics, based in the future or whatnot. Kind of like what they did with EQ2. Or heck, I would be pleased if they just did a graphics update patch like with what EVE: Online is doing.

Can't solo? I was in wilderness until level 14. Soloed every quest with relative ease, including the dungeons.

Of course I was a soldier.. if you are a specialist you may have troubles.

Could just be a single player game. Hell, it could be an Indiana Jones game with the movie coming out next year.

I am not putting my money on it either way. I will wait until they actually say it is a Star Wars MMO.

While I am no sure what emphasis will be put on guilds, I do know they recently had a guild beta signup where entire guilds were invited to beta and given keys in relation to guild size. So they must be doing SOMETHING, just not sure what.

Probably the same way the Oblivion expansion worked. Downloading it.. not much the devs can do about your 360 not having much room. 10gb isn't much for an MMO.. but oh well. You might need to go buy the 120gb HDD.

As for myself, I have an Elite.. so I am good.

I agree about this place going downhill. I haven't posted a lot, but I do read the boards. Would be nice if it changed back to how it was, but that won't happen.

I think Microsoft is expecting too many people to push to vista, too fast. They should first fix it up, before they expect us to jump on the bandwagon. They're like a half-finished MMO developer, except they're pretty much PUSHING us into using their half-finished software. Seems kind of like a moneygrab to me =/
