Huh? KInda obvious it is diffrent people who whine about it.

in many games i saw this happend

example in swotr that ppl QQ for the black hole area for dailies for all the quests need to kill specific number of npcs and specific boxes that had response time, every day ppl scream in chat and i personally get some hate tells that i was the one that stole their npc, that happend every freaking day

also in belsavis for the rattatataki leaders daily quest. players in each spawn npc waiting to kill them, groups made and spread out to the npcs to finish them faster.

the example was for the swtor cuz its fresh and i remember each detail

same in older games i played

edit: as for the group finder, nobody force u to use it. dont like it dont use it. simple as that.

im asking this cuz LOTRO i think has turbine points that can earned with in-game quests.

A little over a year or so after launch SWG had 250k subs after selling a million copies. And that was just after an expansion. So it's retention rate was ~25%, less than SWTOR nearly a year in. At worst neither would be more of a fail retention wise than the other.

The biggest issue I have as a subscriber is the limited content - it all revolves around the space minigame or planet/class quests. I'd like a nice diversion.

it stayed for 6 years with NGE with 300k-400k, it wasnt a huge success, but not a big failure either

time will tell if swtor is big or a normal failure, the game isnt  a year old.

PC gaming diyng rumors are untrue for the moment.

PC game single and MMO has still 20 times more sales than consoles

pirate copies are a lot from both sides (PC and consoles)

so far the MMOs are the top sale in game industry with the lesser piracy

f2p doesnt mean that the PC dying that some ppl say, is just another way to keep the players playing (cash shops and advertising in those games are enough to keep the gamers)

the game is single player for leveling, but not for end game.

swimming, day/night are just a feeling in every game

cutscenes is 90% of leveling, only 10% is for endf game.

loading screens are in all games and last the same.

space i find it very relaxing and enjoyable.

2. all items BoP
