If you think your getting "cheated" by Funcom for not releasing NDA or not letting you play before release I have a real simple solution for you. DONT PRE-ORDER THE GAME. Wait a week and then buy it if you like what you hear. What the hell does a week mater? O noes someone is going to get a head start on you no fair! You've waited how long? Whats another week? If it really bothers you that much that people are playing a couple days before you seek help. Its not that big of a deal that the NDA hasnt been lifted. No they are not cheating people. They have never lifted an NDA before release. Are they forcing you to pre-order? And just becouase every crappy F2P MMO has an open beta doesnt mean ALL of them have to. How many people where in the WoW beta? I'm preaty damn sure 10million people wernt. There is not going to be an "Open Beta" for AoC. Im barely following the game and I know that. Big freakin deal. Once again, dont preorder and wait a week. What is so hard about that? Go find something better to B*tch about in your life. And come on, isnt it funny that you really dont hear any people complain about the game? NDA or not people have big months. I'm sure if it was the "biggest flop in MMO history" we would know by now. So to sum up, dont pre-order if your worried about it, get a life outside being a doomsday sayer about video games, and while your at it, move outa your moms. |

Picked up the game today and am Loving it. Though having some people to talk to whilest nuking the hell out of demons would be welcome. If youre in a guild that is recruting I'm game. Raccoon is my game name. Server that starts with an "S" lvl 6 eng. so far. |

LoL, Did you play WoW when it first came out? Don't sit there and tell us it was done, it was just as horrid as any game is when its first released. It took what 4 months for them to do the first patch? Though it was more addicting then any other game so people just played through the crap. Lets hope that WAR learned from TBC what not to do if it ever does an expansion. I dont think I'll be playing this one though. RvR and PvP to me is for the kiddies who need to stroke their E.Pen. Pirates of the Burning Sea for me Arrggg (at least you can avoid the ganking in PotBS). |

Yay!! Its about bloody time. Quit WoW what seems like forever ago and havnt found anything worth while sence. Pre-ordered Tabula Rasa and played beta its fun, but now I'm not so sure about getting it with PotBS coming a month later.. Hmm could be a good time killer thou! |

The above poster, isnt very bright..... make a game for "Die Hard PvP'ers", and your game will do just that "Die Hard". You cant make a game that targets a VERY small market and hope to make money. Dont like it stfu and find a crappy Korean game with major Death penalties. O wait your whinny a$$ wont play thouse cause you get ganked by the people who started before you! WoW, is in no way the best game out there BUT it was (till BC imo) the smartest one. Abit to easy but everyone could get behind it and have fun. Who gives a damn if it was kiddish or cartoony. 8million people sure as hell didnt. No one wants to play for days just to have some a$$ hat higher lvl come 1shot you and take all your gear. Yay that sounds fun. Most people who love "Hard Core PvP" are the kids (and old guys that live with mommy) at home with out jobs and have nothing better to do then play Games. Thus getting a large upper hand on anyone with a life, then go around ganking people, calling the "noobs" and stroking their Epin. Need proof, get into a raiding guild or Hard Core PvP guild and see how many of those people have jobs! So a simple solution, come up with the millions of dollars needed to make your own game, try and sell it to the market for Hard Core PvP'ers and see how ya do!! When it flops spend the rest of your life trying to figure out where you went wrong. But in your mind you probly are never wrong and thous who didnt play are just fking n00bs |
