This was probably pointed out before, but I didn't bother reading every post here, but the main problem with ANY program like GameGuard or Punkbuster or whatever, is that they only protect against whats known, same thing for virus scanners, and by time they update the found, something new has already been created. I.e. they're useless.

You know what I think is bloody fricken hilarious? The gold farmers are just as retarded as Sony is, because you still find them like mad in th is game, and SoE has OBVIOUSLY given up on doing anything about them.

I wonder if SoE even realizes that games they touch slowly wither and die, kinda like those infected with H1N1.

I'm trying to find a short film I saw a long time ago, I really want to find it again, I've been trying for months.

The most details I can recall about it, is it's a movie about three men on patrol in what I think was a post nuclear war, and they come across what they think is a sniper, and in their attempt to escape him they end up hitting an Anti-Personel mine, one of the soldiers dies, another is injured, and the third is left to call for help, anyone have any ideas?

Total fucking failure....

100+ people showed up on the Runeshaper server for the 4:00 scavenger hunt, of the 100 at least 30 already had the items needed, of those 30 probably a whole 5 of them got a prize, while the other 70 people mobbed the ONLY gm giving our pizes in an attempt to trade/show that they had the items.

I myself was there at the very beginning, had all the items, and got jack diddly, not even a fricken participation prize.

Sure its their first event, but for fucks sake do a bit better than that?!

In other issues: Wth are stars for in this game? That's not explained anywhere, they don't exactly make it easy to find help...typical sony...someone needs to go bomb them.

And, personaly I think Fileplanet is 1 giant scam. I've seen them release trials for games to subscribers right? Like for instance a 6 day trial to a game liek FF11 Online. When you can find like, 14 day trials for the same game for free....talk about getting scammed outa your money eh?

I even pointed this out to them, and their response was a permanent ban from the forums.

When I first started playing RoM the only available permanent mount was a "Piebald Horse (Permanent)". So, I did the sensible thing and bought 1,  evidently lacking the knowledge that more mounts were to come.

Well, as you may have guessed, i was kinda both mad, and sad that the new mounts came out and they were the price that I paid for the Piebald, and the Piebald was now a lesser value mount. So, I did the next sensible thing and tried emailing them about it, asking whether or not they could trade my Piebald for a Warhorse. The official reply was that the option wasn't available yet, and that it'd be added to the item shop soon. Well, its been a couple of months now, and the Piebald is still ugly as sin, and I still don't see that option available. It all kinda feels like I been scammed by them. Because I ain't paying more money (what is it? $15?) for another permanent mount....when I didnt even know in the first place that this Piebald wouldn' be the only 1 available.
