Exactly. I had enough of chinese culture and themes in mmos. That's my issue with this expansion, not the pandas itself.

I always liked warcraft because of it medieval western fantasy tropes mixed with high fantasy. This just ruins warcarft for me and am sad to see a whole expansion dedicated to this and therefore the road the warcarft takes.

It would be all good if i could just get over the boringness of levelling the 40s. It just feels grindy to me and angmar is not a very interesting zone. On top of that when i think that Moria is next i just go and uninstall the game (altho i purchased both moria and mirkwood). I only heard bad things about moria and i really know what they mean by confusing layout, inadequate map and closely positioned packs of mobs and none of it screams fun to me. So until 40s and 50s are improved and the grind removed significantly (please don't talk about skirmishes to me), no lotro for me sadly.

Very nice trailer. I tried the game for the first time today and liked it more than i thought i would. Gonna stick with it for a while and explore deeper. I think people have nothing to lose for at least trying it out. Worked out for me.

Just because it is used in american high schools doesnt mean that it's sensible, applicable to all situations or it has to make sense to the wide international audience you have here on the site. I mean that was a pretty ignorant thing to say and is pretty ignorant way of looking at things.

And the point of scores is that they are supposed to be an objective reflection of a game merits in  numbers, not  "yea there are flaws and it's unoriginal and bla bla but omgomg i LOOVVVEE this game and SW franchise, this game is so FUNNN!!11!!!".  Noone really cares about particular person's biased opinion about a game when they read a review. They want a professional and objective evaluation of the product.

This is not high school. There is a product made by a company for profits and people are wondering what's the deal with it and if they should spend their hard-earned money on it. So it is your responsibility as professionals in this business to be more serious about it and give an objective look at things.

Hey i thought this was a shooter like firefall, tribes and planetside 2. If this is a full fledged mmo then my interest just rocketed and can't wait to play. The space-western setting rocks!!

RipperX i like your videos but you should focus on showing more gameplay rather than showing quest log and other menus 15 times and talking about the publisher while standing on the same spot for 5 mins ;)

I don't understand why companies and/or newssites leave out the part about the wipe. That's the first thing they should be talking about because that's the thing players care about the most.

What the art style is like? Is it gonna be cartoony or stylized (please no) or like other cryptic games (again, please no) and is it going to be a proper mmo or just an online game with half-assed mmo mechanics for easy cash grab? Finally, is it a farily big budget production like the ip deserves?

So a chatbox is what makes a game social or not? That says much to me about said game.

More discussion on NCSoft EU servers vs Innova EU servers would be appreaciated because i started on NC EU servers and am confused right now if i should wait for the Innova servers. I am sure many other people are in my position right now so it would help us all.

And will there be a wipe?
