It just so happens that Ench told the warriors that naimon was acting "wierd" not rude or offensive and we didnt "kill steal" from ench THAT you mistaken, ench even still talks to me, Secondly i kept the conversaion in the GM Talk i had with Tazen and he did offend me TWICE he specificaly said after Naimon was done saying how his guild mates are all loyal to him and can vouche for him he said that the Natzis were all popular and loyal as well...and yes i did take offence to this, second none of the GM's showed any proof of anything they accused him of except telling him he said jerk.

So sorry you dont have all the facts straight

and no..not everyone in those 2 guilds are good people

i told tazen not to talk to me again AFTER i asked him a question about so called kill stealing, then all he did was put a smily face, then i said please dont reply to me..he said he was replying to my question about kill stealing  A SMILY FACE IS NOT AN ANSWER TO KILL STEALING

Then he told me to have a good day, i told him if he spoke to me once more i would take it as a form of harassment, and then he had the nerve to insult/offend/be sarcastic to me? and then say i was the one abusing him?

ad what im trying to get across to you people is why are we the only ones on trial for this LOL no we werent at these events because yes the players in the guild were VERY new and we werent around but do you not understand that ITS NOT ONLY US!!!

All guilds have to start somewhere Tuxide, we currently have 56 members, maybe we arent as big as some guilds out there, or as strong or as wealthy but we stand for something. Your not in any position to slander us really....i dont even no who you are and you play the game!

It was my first post ive ever done, i wasnt thinking about how to make it look good for all of you lol sorry thats not what im here for, and i play the game BECAUSE its free, and the fact that ive met alot of cool people along the way, im not concerned in any way with the game, its the GM'S i have the problems with.

Yes ^_^ the people we have in our guild are mostly new, but if you took the time to look into the guild Tuxide and talk to the members they have surpassed even me in thier stats...and i would really like to beleive that it was because of the help we provided them.

I dont no what else to say, the guild speaks for itself and so do the members, maybe you should learn to act like an adult next time you post something you know nothing about!

The Guardian Merchants.What is it, where did it come from?
Well to answer your question the Guardian Merchants is a guild based upon the basic principles of a community. Though we may look like a regular guild selling wares and righting wrongs where they arise with our vast numbers among regular guild activities. The main goal is to create a community where new and old players alike can come together and help one another with daily progression of their characters. you want to be something other than a power leveling player bent on reaching the top. Well then the Guardian Merchants is the place for you. Here we mostly try and attract new players to help them along there way with getting accustomed to the game and the world, always eager to show them the wonders of Planeshift and the vast amount of paths one can take to become who they really want to be. But do not be discouraged older players, we gladly welcome all with open arms. this community is for all who seek a place where you can find nothing but new friends and allies on your adventure through the world. Where if you have a question someone will always have the answer for you and will gladly help you whenever the need for it comes along^^. There are no superiors here, everyone is equal. The leadership positions are just places for the originators of the community and the ones who are the most willing to help others.

A Little IC Story

The start of the Guardian Merchants is a humble one.

The roads of Yliakum are not a safe place. Especially for merchants who usually carry the biggest loot for a gang of rogues. Many of the rich trading guilds had gotten protection making sure their caravans had mercenaries or sometimes even their own guards to defend against rogues and outlaws. This however left many small and independent merchants who still needed protection but couldn't afford it.

The solution was pretty obvious and soon several of the small merchants banded together and formed a loose group to defend the caravans they formed together. And thus the Guardian Merchants started. With mercenaries at first but after a while enough small merchants had joined for permanent guards for the major caravan routes.

A leader was chosen to organize it all but unlike many other guilds there was no strict hierarchy.

Today the Guardian Merchants count many among their members. Mostly merchants, crafters, miners and ofcourse the guards who protect them. Still a small humble guild they help who they can usualy at any cost.

MAIN GOAL

To provide a community of friends, allies, and people ready and willing to help you become who you want your character to be^^

RANKS

While we DO use the ranking mechanics we don't use it in the traditional way. Each rank is more of a classification of what you do for the community for as i said everyone is equal. But the ranking system allows others in the guild to know what your job or profession is^^.

Rank 1. Light knight, basic member of the community and security guard for the guild until the member chooses a job or profession of their choice.

Rank 2. Guide, member of community who is responsible or showing new members and players around the world, showing them the npc merchants so on and so forth.

Rank3. Merchant, member of community who sells crafters and other npc wares for the community

Rank 4. Mage, member of the community with dealings of all things magic. Healer for the community and fighting assistant to all knights and guardians.

Rank 5. Crafter, member of the community who crafts any and all things available weapons, armor, items, and so forth.

Rank 6. Heavy knight, member of the community who is charged with the protection of all members against criminals, wrong doings, and outsiders meaning to cause harm to the community

Rank 7. Guardian, member of the community and right hand man to the leaders and general helper to the community.

Rank 8. Boss lady(inside joke^^), Co-leader and right hand woman to the leader of the community overseeing all and providing whatever may be needed.

Rank 9. Leader, leader of the Guardian Merchants community, overall provider, protector, and counsel to the community.

All of these ranks but the top two are available to any new member^^.

SO...i told my guild about what had happened to my husband naimon...what they said was just what i had thought, they told me that it sounded like the GM team was setting naimon up and that everything that happened was completely unfair.

HELLO ALL

I am currently a player on the game PlaneShift but i have some comments that were apparently not acceptable on the forums.

Today i was in the dylo pit, for some of you who arent familiar it is an open "player vs player" pit where you can be attacked by anyone at anytime...but there are npc's in that pit as well called dylo. I fell into that pit and as i tried to escape the dylo followed me into another room, there were other players in this room who saw it come in (no one died) and they took care of it because these other players were stronger than me.

My husband thought this was a funny idea and started having the dylo chase him around...another player thought he was doing it as a personal attack to them so they petitioned him for it > this is only the beginning!

My husband was then summoned by at least 4 GM's and developers saying that they were all watching him...now i dont no about you but if you were a GM would you all just so happen to be watching one specific character? at that exact moment?

Then they said that over the past few days he had 6 reports against him but we didnt see a single one or hear of a single one...then they got on the topic of how he was kill stealing, this is what made me very upset...ive had 5 GM'S tell me that kill stealing is impossible without the help of a cheat or hack of some kind...which my husband was not using...then the GM'S turned around and said that he WAS kill stealing even after they said it was impossible?

They let my husband ramble on and on about how he hadnt done anything..mind you the dylo misshap wasnt even in a rule anywhere...there is no rule that says you cant move an npc...and if they think it was a type of harassment which we said it wasnt they still refused to believe him or even for the most part listen to anything he was saying

I wish i truly do that he could have saved the logs i would love to show you all...i dont remember all that was said but as this was going on i was talking to one of the GM'S also, i told him he knew that kill stealing was impossible and asked him why he was going along with this whole ordeal...but all he replied with was a smiley face. i told him never to speak to me again as he was no help and he lied to the both of us and then he told me to have a good day, again i told him do not speak to me and he had the nerve to say that he was just replying to my question!!! i told him again not to speak to me and that his smiley fae wasnt even an answer to the questions i had asked him and guess what he told me...HE TOLD ME I WAS HARASSING HIM AND FOR ME NOT TO SPEAK TO HIM!!

Then we moved onto the forums to seek justice and vioce our opinions

Hello all, We all know the GM team is corrupt and whatever they says goes no matter what the rules say. But today is enough i say. Today i was banned for kill stealing. Which mind you multiple GM's including Rizin and Tazen have told me is impossible without hacks wich i did not have and they check my inventory too. Now for the other reason i was banned FOR 30 DAYS, harassment. Apparently if you get enough of your guild memebers in a petition saying someone is harassing you you will get banned even if you only ever had a problem with one of their guild members wich was my case. and thirdly bad behavior wich intailed me saying the word jerk ONCE, And apparently bullyin a new player wich they knew was a complete mis understanding i accidently killed someone and told them sorry and i am being punished for it. Despite my best efforts to change these two corrupt dev and GM couple want me off the game even though i have been helping out 56 people allll new mind you progress in the game and all of them will tell you i am deffinetly not the man these corupt leaders portray me as. But unfortunitly what can i do. do to past mistakes i am marked as scum or unwanted person in the world of planeshift. Now i ask you if i was so bad and such a horrible person why is it that a guild the warriors thats been around for 3 YEARS not have a problem with me, And why is it if im such a horrible person of the community who gets supposedly soooo many

Get this...you are not allowed to post ANYTHING about a GM...nothing what so ever...SO okay thats fine...but then i tried to start a topic about freedom of speach and wouldnt you no it....i wasnt allowed to do that either...even though it was regarding the PLANESHIFT game

To be honest the GM'S arent following thier own rules, they wouldnt show him any proof of his actions either...they banned me from thier chat site for questions and they kept kicking me out when i was waiting for my answeres...i never said a single rude thing..But the GM i was speaking to i told him that if my husband was such a bad person then why does he have a guild of 56 players who are very loyal to him...and the GM'S response was "the Natzis were very loyal to hitler to and look what became of them"  I personaly took offense to that, then my husband asked them to seek out the truth and the GM'S response was "yes im going to talk to your guild rather then make myself dinner" i mean if you want respect GM'S give a little respect to the players...You couldnt even prove that my husband even did anything wrong so there shouldnt be a ban in the first place...and if there was 6 complaints to begin with and they were all so terrible as you say they were then why was he not warned first? where is the proof?!!!
