LOL i no you did not just say that i swear in the game!! i have never been warned, or banned, and i have most deffinately never sworn...i would though, like for you to stop lying, you say i swear? no i have not, you will find people who dislike me, but they even will tell you i have never sworn at them.

Like all players the GM'S also have rules they need to follow...rude offensive innapropriate comments is not tolerated by the PLAYER or the GM'S, face it the GM'S (not everysingle one) messed up. You can believe this happened or you dont, but chucki when you come on here just talking about how Naimon is a bad player, everyone has told me so, your kind isnt welcome on the game. I HIGHLY doubt that you have spoken to everyone in the game...not to mention your trying really hard toslander Naimons name in the first place, my opinion is, you just dont like him or some reason or another and you thought this would be a good place to get back at him.

The intention of my OP was stated in almost all my posts, im not going to bother to write it out again and again for you to try and understand what im talking about.

Not to mention when i went to make a formal complaint about this incident, in the middle of the conversation the GM just left...

Sure maybe he had something more important but he didnt even here me out, i didnt even mention Naimons name or what happened in any of the time we were grouped...he never sent me a message saying he was sorry and maybe im being a little picky here but the GM'S are thier to help, to listen to your complaints, to provide you with the information you seek...The PlaneShift website and or forums arent always going to help you...so for  GM to just leave you hanging like that is very rude.

I have also had members join / talk to me about how a GM didnt help them whatsoever  when they were just days old to the game, all i want to see out of my OP is some recognition that the GM'S arent everything they claim to be. They have abused thier powers, they have been offensive and i think abusive, and they have been in the wrong on more than one occasion.

Im sorry if you feel the OP was "whiney" not to sound like a broken record (like some people) but all these posts are my first ones...i have never used another forum until just recently so if i worded it a little off and it wasnt structured well then im here to apologize for that. But that isnt the issue! I love this game...and yes i understand that they are volunteers...but they still have a code to follow just like the players do.

Today was my first time visiting the tavern, i have to say they did a great job with this idea, i had alot of fun and the RP-ing was fantastic!

Thers nothing really wrong with the game itself that i can complain about, and no i dont plan on leaving...i have my own guild, i love the people i have met and yes it was my first mmorpg <3

I just want people to be aware of the fact that the GMS are abusing thier powers...and to be cautious of it.

No believe me we are not the same people...but we are husband in wife in and out of the game ^_^

and im not trying to downplay the game itself, im downplaying the way the GM's decide to treat others, and i highly doubt my grammer is whats on trial here but thanks for the help ><

forums and in game RP is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.... the way one person acts here doesnt prove that they act the same is an RP game... (sigh) and thats not the point!!! even IF and i really mean IF naimon did do anything well does that still give the GM the right to break his/her own rules that they have to follow?!

people havent had many problems with me...apparently im "guilty by association" which again is a little childish.

YOU of all people dont have the right to tell me i dont belong thier, or anyone else....the GM's are breaking thier own rules, abusing thier power and offending other...i hear more BAD than good on all these forums ive read and even on the linux forums as well...so apparently we are not the only ones!!

OH and not to mention i wanted to make an oficial complaint and so did a few others, they sent us to the forum and then they deleted what i wrote!! and all i said was a GM was offensive to me and id like to here back...whats wrong with that?

Let me remind you that the GM'S also have a list of rules to follow, like i told you before ... they HAVE to show you proof and or evidence especialy if you ask for it, and no just because a dev gets involved doesnt mean its THAT bad it just mean there were not enough GM'S on at that time...go back into the rules and atualy look at the rules PLEASE do yourself a favor!!

and like i said my big block red letters arent on trial here and it definately doesnt portray what kind of person i am, inside or outside the game.

Further more....The GM team is not supposed to abuse/offend other players either. They are abusing thier powers, they are even abusing some players and at least i have PROOF no one else has been giving me any proof of thier accusations are they? no, didnt think so.

Not only that but just because the GM'S are nice to a certain player, does not mean they are nice to everyone, Me, im not a suck up and never will be and i think that me not agreeing 24/7 with some GM'S pissess them off...its either love them or they hate you, AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS SO

Not to mention the GM'S kept changing thier story not once...not twice...but three times. would you believe a person when they keep changing thier story? i wouldnt and dont say they were mistaken because if 5 of them cant get a story straight then thiers obviously something going on thier that doesnt seem right

A thanks goes out to coldrain, i thought the rules of the game was to keep it clean, i dont personaly understand why geek and loser should get you in trouble unless you were in fact harassing others or screaming it out. All it sounds like to me is a game with some that cant take a little heat.

First of all, your not always watching him so how would you no he does it all the time? by people who have came and told you?? well let me tell you something chucki....did you ever think that because these people dislike him and such and they want people to hate him that not everything they say is the truth? those GM'S have insulted me, they have offended me AND my guild, i have screenshots of that they have said and i will gladly show them to you but i wont post it on this forum because i dont have thier consent to. You may not have directly insulted his intelligence, but what your doing is twisting everything hes said to use it to you advantage.

Talk to our guild members, they will tell you what kind of person he really is..i dont no how we could keep 50 plus members in our guild with a person your claiming Naimon is. Alot of my guild members have followed these posts and find that what your saying isnt all truthful and you no that very well.

AND if you didnt read what he wrote HE EXCEPTED THE BAN, what he asked the GM'S to do was give him proof which they ARE supposed to do, they claimed to have been watching them since he enetered the arena (am i really supposed to believe 5 or 6 GM'S and DEVS were all watching just him?) 

further more they told him after his 7 day ban for swearing they said "if you mess up again it will be 6 months" and he only has a month ban?! he must not have done much wrong in the first place and IF and i strongly put and emphasis on IF he did recive ALLLLL those reports and petitions then WHY did they wait so LOOONG to talk to him?!

Not to mention the GM'S in question kept CHANGING thier story....

The GM'S were abusive (because if me telling a gm not to speak to me is abusive) then they were more abusive to me than i was towards them....They offended me AND our guild.... and what im telling you is yes Naimon has been is the wrong at times we didnt say he hasnt but if a "mature" and "brilliant" PlanrShift team is what they are, then why didnt they act like it!

So what your saying is, the only people who ever got banned were bad people? because i have seen at least 3 times where the other person did nothing wrong, not only that but the first ban you get is said to be only a week, the person for thier first ban got a month for a SMALL offense!! not only that but no one was harassing the kylros AND LIKE I KEEP SAYING GIVE ME PROOF!! and again just because someone acts one way in a forum and sticks up for himself from personal attacks that other are making doesnt make them the same way in a game!! talk to the players in the game THE ONE THAT ARENT COMPLAINING there are MANY who dont think naimon this way if i had to cound i could count about 80 right off the bat and name them all so you can go have a little chat with them yourself!

Until you can prove that we are in the wrong then ill see your side but this has happened more than once to more than just us, i have the emails to prove it so please give me proof

And no I WASNT BANNED and no this isnt how i act in the game nor does Naimon...i have about close to 60 people who can vouche for the both of us, most of you people are missing the basic points of my OP
