This is a great action shot from Orion886 that highlights one of DC Universe Online's more interesting features: running up (or in this case, down) buildings. Having played the game myself, I always found Super Speed to be the most exhilirating of travel power options.

The Jedi Guardian is an advanced class of the Jedi Knight. Its skill trees are Defense, Vigilance and Focus. The focus tree is shared with the Jedi Sentinel. The Jedi Guardian is a mirror class of the Sith Juggernaut.

Its kind of funny, so much praise and sucking up to start, now we start getting actually objective articles on the game. Honeymoon I suppose is over. Either way, the biggest factor with a guild is having things that really unite the guild. Sure there are guild levels and all to work for together, but there are plenty of other things that can be done to incompass guild activity together.

There are many great things going for Star Wars: The Old Republic, but guild features currently isn't one of them. In this week's Star Wars: The Old Republic column, we discuss the importance of guilds and how BioWare can improve on the game's guild feature set.

MMOs are about all manner of things for different people, but the one aspect that differentiates the genre from anything else is its emphasis on community. While this emphasis may have waned or taken a different shape over the last few years, it’s still the most powerful force an MMO can have going for it. Frankly, MMOs live or die on the health of their communities.

While having tons of individual players are important to any MMO community, it’s the strengthening force of guilds that really knit a server together. Guilds provide a place to call home amongst other likeminded players. Guilds also put on events (often involving other guilds on the server) and help foster relationships between players that persist for months, if not years.

You can upload a screenshot to any of your favorite image hosting sites, such as imageshack.com, tinypic.com, imgur.com, etc and simply drop the link in here as the simplest way of posting an image.

You can also click the image icon in the post editor (the first button in the second to last set of buttons on the bottom bar) and simply paste the same URL into the URL section of the window that pops up and then hit OK. This will directly insert the image into the post.

Finally, at the very bottom of the post editor you can actually upload images directly to your MMORPG.com member gallery, which you can then quickly insert into any post.

I'm really excited about the Steam Workshop integration. Don't get me wrong, I love Nexus, but being able to browse and subscribe to mods within Steam itself and have the game client auto-update to the latest version of the mod? Awesome!

I love FRAPS, but if you're recording tons of stuff you'll want to have a scratch drive or set up WatchFolder to process videos automatically with HandBrake. FRAPS records raw video so it fills up space fast.
