Got up to level 6 having fun so far as a scout, i'm on an eu english server where i could only pick asmodian as elyos are dominating what suits me as i hate being on the easy side, can't wait to get higher for some pvp.. just taking it easy and not trying to powerlevel it up. sorry for slightly changing the subject of this thread! |

Nice explanation i'm downloading it now so ill give it a shot, i dont mind the occasional grind as ive never really been in to full on questing games i find them more irritating then anything. The whole pvp sounds fun but ive got a feeling after a while of getting ganked it might become annoying, hmm Ranger or gladiator, reading about them now ...can't decide though. |

Well i played many games before wow and i'm still playing diffrent games after, Uo,lom,Ao,Swg,Wow that was pretty much my order all off and on, wow did not bring nothing new at the start but i did find it addictive for a while. Just seems pointless playing now you can farm a new kit in pvp/pve then the next month ur have to do it all over again same old crap Bg's get boring i have every class at 80 just dont feel the urge to play it, i dont enjoy my time spent on wow anymore i just get pissed off. I dont think its just wow its mmos in general you play them all for years then you realize they are all the same time sinks, when you feel like its work doing something ingame i usualy can't stay very long. |

Think ive tryed before and instantly logged off, got some free time and gunna give this a decent try ive played pretty much every mmo out there some for years 15 hours a day so hopefully i will pick the basics up fairly quickly and attempt to "catch up". Couple of questions while it's downloading at a stupidly slow speed, what server is the most populated? or what would be the best server for a new player, i do enjoy pvp but hate getting ganked or spam killed for no reason. Any other tip's for the complete noob?

yeah it was alright as i use to kill quite a few people and steal all thier stuff, just early game it can be annoying, going red also was a pain i ended up making a new char made a super hard orc just took ages getting to places. |

hmm i'm in the same boat gunna try out AC1 i think i played ac2 and it was fairly crap, as for darkfall i played on release/ob it's ok for abit but there was alot of macro's going to level up magic and such and so many annoying kids waiting for you to hit them so they can all jump and gank you |

Yeah i'm looking forward to trying it i'm not much of a mir3 player but D-server use to own a few years ago on mir2, look forward to fighting you all ingame. as atm im playing EQ and WAR. /Redsky |
