sounds civil and agreeable. i solo too sometimes. soloing we get to be at our own pace and be at our own adventure. being in party sometimes you have rush.... like your party is going to a cave and you still stuck in town stocking up pots and ect... soloing is like being in alive world full of human players and we can show off with our cool gears.

also why soloers play in mmo....... why people live in earth if dont want to interact with other being?

and sometimes your party mate can be a bossy &ick.

can someone explain why is everybody saying its a solo game? i was in beta.. not high level only got to lv 12 or below. the part where you in snow place... indian guy standing near a giant flame man and theres a portal to fight a boss..... the boss with dual pink light weapon.... i solo and drop on ground rapidly... try and try... 4,5,6,7 times.... finally saw someone near portal and invite them... then i can beat it.

i was playing beta  and melee class was so under powered in duel pvp and arena pvp.... all pvp. its like we cant do nothing to ranged powers!

i didnt play/subscribe ever since beta. wondering if they fix melee class yet. i think raising melee power damage would compensate it. like raise 7% more damage or something.

those that hate to have long wait gathering people to raid or boss in mmos but still be playing mmo..... they just want to show off to thousands of other players. show off level, gears, progression ect...

showing off is fun.

ebayers tend to prefer solo. if you play a mob grind based mmo such as lineage 2, people ebay and dont want to party up.

they got all good equipments and can kill things whole lot faster and whole lot more exp than party due to their souped up gears.

mmo suck. its just a world that people can run in and do repetitive stuff with no depth compare to consoles and single player rpg. consoles/single player rpg may be repetitive but we get depth, story, cutscenes, cinmatics as a reward through progress.

dungeon siege 2 and dark alliance is a great single player rpg with scripts cutscenes and indepth story.

my bro was playing a mmo on his computer. i was at the same room playing ps3. i hear tab tab tab sound of keyboard typing non stop. so i ask him if he know that whil ethe game still on and putting the computer on sleep mode makes the mmo disonnected?  then he got all worked up with high pitch saying "i dont care!! i dont care.... i dont have time to exit the game!!" then i said "jus in case you might be suprise of why your game disconnected" then he said "i dont care, i know the game disconnected i dont have time  blah blah

then i was just stop talking. think to myself.... jesus..... mmorpg made him a douche. i bet he socialize in mmorpgs too much and deal with online people too much... as you know alot of mmorpg/online people like to talk crap and cause drama at each other. i bet something went on in the game then every little thing in reality he bring out anger to reality. he take social online too seriously but i dont blame him, online bastards are really annoying.

this not the first time. this is like everytime hes on the mmo and someone interfere him in reality.... he gets cranky and pissy. mmorpg is evil. i have build a monster. i was the one to introduce him to a mmo.

i will not let my child under 15 play mmorpg as i dont want her to hear rude comments and experience offensive behavior. weak heart take it to the heart and ruins reality... effecting reality. in fact i dont want anyone i know gets into mmo. mmo is evil.

my bro plays mmo insanely alot. he leaves house while put the pc to sleep mode while his mmo still on. the pc got back from sleep mode and i see his mmo disconnected. so next time he play his mmo and i play the ps3. i told him that did you know putting pc to sleep mode while mmo still on make your mmo disconnected as it cuts the internet when you put to sleep mode? then thats when he all worked up for a tiny guide. i thought he dont know. i was giving heads up since hes not a computer guy.... just a mmo player. trust me he is below average pc user. he dont even use pc for anything else but mmo. he dont even know how to surf before.

my suspicion why he act cranky and pissy is cause mmo.... something probly going on in the mmo like drama or something or dealing with rude kids. i hear typing noise non stop and he always like to type. whenever he got interfere while hes in mmo... he gets cranky and pissy.  he probly got angry in mmo then when somethig interfere him in reality... he take the anger to reality. sometimes when someone talk to while hes on mmo... he dont even hear. he takes mmo life too seriously. unlike me, if im in mmo or ps3 if reality interferes me, i react to it and response to it like normal.

i know how theres many douches in mmo that dont talk nice and i know how it is cause ive experienced it. im like been there done that. aside from rude mmo players.... my mmo days was over, i finally see the light and got off from being a mmo victim doing repetitive boring quest/killmob thats no fun over and over unlike console games. why people doing it is cause of want to levelup and race with other people and continue socialize within mmo.

while in console games, encountering douches is not "take it to the heart" in fact its fun hearing people on mic talking smack to others or  talk smack to you its what makes the game alive... raise tension and competition. its diferent from mmo douches. console douches is never a serious thing. hearing poeple talk smack on tekken 6 and modern warfare 2 is alot better than "take it to the heart" in mmo.

The reasoning is really very simple, and it's that it completely ruins the spirit of the game for me. MMOs are supposed to be about progressing within the game through your own effort and skill. And you know what, we are vocal about it because we don't want it to ruin the games we enjoy, but if it comes to it many of us will leave if the MMO we loved becomes riddled with RMT.

nevermind this.

this kind of stuff is a bait for the weak hearted such as the age of 13-22.  strong hearted as us see through it and know what is right and what is wrong. we refuse to pay additional cause we care for our pride as a player, as a consumer.

this is especially in the free2play crap. pay to win in pvp. western monthly mmo is about to copy it.

to be honest i dont have a problem if its just for the decoration, fasion, ect.. that dont have any stats effect or any nagative effects in the game and as long as they dont pull up that smart-ass strategy on us like.... say normally you gain 70.00% exp per mob kill bu then they change it to 13.00% per mob to force players pay.

or like say your moving speed is slow as a turtle, and they made run fast only obtainable through paying real money.

whats the max number of players can be in same battlefield?
