Never could understand the concept of an end game in an MMO...

MMO = Continuous/Persistent, seamless world.  Go figure.

What a load of crap...

I found the game to be fairly enjoyable for what it is, in the beginning, don't play much any more as it's very repetitive and  the lag in groups make it just about unbearable to play.

Can't remember why I didn't like Entropia, but I think it had something to do with the cost of virtual currency or something. I've played so many games now that sometimes those kind of facts all blur together. But I do remember trying Entropia BEFORE I got around to trying Second Life and choosing to mess around in SL for ahile INSTEAD of Entropia. I'm guessing this also had something to do with cost.

If a guy wants to play a female character; to each his own whatever floats your boat...just don't be deceitful about it. i.e. acting a female to leech gear from unsuspecting males and laughing all the way to the bank...that sucks. I do use MMO's for the social aspect involved and when I'm palling around with a female toon...I want to be certain it's not actually a male in drag...there you got it nuff said!!

 maybe the giant doesnt drop HIS armor but the armor of the last guy who tried to fight him, died and the giant looted him?

 Did you check his pockets?

 Wasn't aware armor had pockets....hmm...musta been in that little regeant pouch he had dangling from his belt...ya think?

From a realistic standpoint, having your socks fall off of you, but not your underwear seems odd.

More often than not, a male player that plays female characters make this point:

"If I'm going to have to look at an @%% for x number of levels as I run around questing, killing, bending over and looting, etc.,... then it better be a female arse!"

Okay.  So, as a guy that doesn't want to look at the male genders backside, I would imagine you wouldn't want to view their  other privates.  So, would you get a sex change?  I mean... wouldn't this also make sense to you?

Hehe...this one again? I always play a male character except in games like Vindictus where the classes are gender specific ( which I hate for alls information ) 

I generally try and make my character look as close to my real self as possible...when I play a human anyway.

Just  for the record, I don't play games to watch a little one inch cartoon butt run around the monitor; as far as I'm concerned that's a sick reason for a male to play a female character and I honestly believe there may be some ulterior motives with those there that be...though Trueforral1 there gave a perfectly understandable and acceptable reason.

Gold spammers were awful, Almost all of the general chat was spam. No one seemed to bother even looking at it as requests for noobie assistance were unheeded.

Odd issue with Ip address. Zerg syndrome. Folks hugely higher level than the mission you were on, zerging through, dragging you along. Doesn't feel very heroic.

Difficulty rampup seems uneven. Gnoll Leader fight seems unduly more difficult than all previous bosses who were pushovers.

Having to redo missions repeatedly in hopes of geting specific ingredients to drop in order to complete a quest.

 

Currently playing? No, I uninstalled after a couple of weeks. The Ip address issue, the bag space issue, and the repetitiveness quickly wore on me. It is an interesting idea for an action mmo but it's a lot of unrealized potential currently.

 

 Yes, I agree with most of this too...the channel switching is odd and the way party members dart to the next area where theres a timer and whether you are ready to leave the area or not; if other members are standing at the threshhold you are dragged through when the timer times out...very undesirable. I myself have left the group in the middle of completion because of this type of play style...But I do enjoy the game very much when grouped with some cooperative players.

 My main issue with the game as well...the lag in groups at times is so bad, you may come out of the freeze and find yourself incapacitated...it seems to be only with groups though. When I run alone it's smooth as silk. Oh and it's very laggy inside the town.

Jesus Christ almighty, you people need to get better "reporters" who can think critically for themselves as to whether or NOT it belongs on an MMO site. no one said it was an MMO. It's not listed on our Game List. It's a piece of news that our news manager thought might be of interest to this site's audeince.

If you hadn't insisted in overblowing the entire thing, it would have taken you less than two seconds to dismiss the news item as something that you weren't interested in and moved on.
