Bioware has made several great games such as my favorite, NWN.  They also gave assistance to the Obsidian peeps with NWN2.  Would be nice to see a SW MMO using the NWN2's engine and with the quest lines Bioware is known for. 

they have already licensed the hero engine...a long time ago, so it will no doubt be built upon that engine.

First off, the EQ2 Q&A  was 50% full ( if that) I know I was there --- SOE  screwed up panel times .

SWG Q&A issues (the one that was postponed and changed again and again and thusly way under attended) are all true but it all stems from the NGE . The brainwashed realize that they can not change the biggest fraud perpetrated on the MMO community and know that they would be threaten with a gameban ( just like the way Brenlo threaten a game ban before the EQ2 Q&A (oh no he didn't  - oh yes he did).

  They all goofed off at Dragon Con and the Podcast proves it. The First 12 minutes is SOE related , the rest  of the report was a total goof off. Master Kaz should should have their heads on a pole.

Lastly  The Barber of Seville? .... what an idiot! Sweeney Todd - The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and if  SOE is planning on coming to Dragon Con next year..  I will be there.

LOL, i was thinking the same thing. it is made by square enix...

they shut it down, but i thought the single player still worked.

worst thing that happened to me? i had done all the templates my holocrons had asked me, and i was on the last part to get my force sensitive slot (which was basically master random profs until you found the right one) i had alrady done about 10 profs at this point, then they decided to change how it worked, and i lost all my work. way to go lucas arts and sony!

that is SO not fine for SLI, the pci-e x1 slot is for accessories, such as network adapters, and sound cards. you need a mb with 2 16x pci-e slots.

Edit: but i will warn you, most game do not really make much use of SLI yet. i would just buy the board with 2 slots, and get one of the new GeForce 280 models, and you can buy a second one down the road and upgrade it.

what is fishy about mortal? people seem to thinks it's vaporware just because it has similar features to darkfall. reposting this here to "convince" you that it is a real mmo that is in development.

 

1) they are using unreal engine 3. epic games doesn't license their products to companies that are not well funded as it would look bad on their engine if they didn't make a quality game.
