If you're getting a 175 on the practice exam, you should be fine.  Most schools start acceptance with the mid 140's; with the higher-end institutions, like Duke, starting with 162.

Like Fish said, Princeton Review is generally well received.  Additionally, I've known a number of people who simply poured through logic puzzles and came away with decent scores.

I wouldn't worry about courses until you're prepping for the Bar (in that case, they're worth every penny).  : )
