I have not read anything remotely close to rent status items being station cash, is this dude pulling this outta his butt, or is there a link for this?

Hey OP, I feel your pain, I play eq2 and our harvester storage container was raped, this stuff happens in almost all mmo's I have played, it sux bawls, what we do now is have restrictions for example a person must have 1000 guild status to use any of the guild amentities, if someone is going to do a little something to prove there loyalty and contribute they are usually trustworthy as a guild member, if not then so sorry go find yerself some other guild to rob lol.

Funny topic, as I most always play women toons, I do thios as to try to make the eyecandy more appealing to myself by trying to make the toon as hot as possible, but i do indeed feel a bit of sorrow for women really p[-laying female toons, as a real example when in swg some creep PM'd me asking if he could pay me with ingame credits to watch me change clothes in my house, I was like dude yer f'ked and quickly put them on iggy lol.

This game sounds very  interesting,   just went to   the website, the features sound nice and somewhat   new.

I play on an eq2 rmt server and I never had to use the rmt, I raid and quest and loot and buy from the broker regularly, have toons on non rmt eq2 servers and see no difference in gameplay.

 Is this an item shop where soe is going to be selling fluff items that dont get in the way of gameplay and help generate revenue for the game development, or is this a toon/item selling thing where you can buy toons? Either way I play eq2 on the bazaar server where you can sell and buy toons and frankly I dont see a difference in any of the non-bazaar servers.

Nice review, I am very excited for this LU, The one thing I like about eq2 is that it is always fresh, even at its age, I played almost all the mmo's f2p and p2p and eq2 keeps drawing me back, I am also happy that in the station cash shop they are going to be adding things like cups and shirts you can order with your guild emblem and cloak on it, And am also very pleased they do not put things on station cahs that is needed to enjoy the game, wish SOE would do this for all there games as far as development and innovation go, keep up the good work mmorpg.com and eq2!!!

ABSOLUTE HORSESHIT. One persone mentoring you will give 3 times the xp boost of the silly potions that you can buy, and in a case with a guild like mine where we help eachother out a lot you have up to 5 people mentoring you with each of there xp boosts stacking, Also when you have a toon at lvl 80 you get an xp bonus on all other toons, and this stacks with people mentoring you as well, there is no NEED to use the xp potions if you dont want to to compete with other players, Thwe potions and the fluff crap in station cash is to help support and develop the game by generating a little income, because lets face it the ecnomy is crap, people are losing there lives due to job losses and less people are playing mmo's devestating the revenue that would come normally otherwise w/o an item shop. Aye, I am very excited about this, as this GU contains solo stuff for crafters and adventurers from 50's -80 lvl's, good stuff for me to do after work when I dont want to group.

Where does it say anywhere that these crafting items are in station cash, it simply does not say that anywhere, there has been no new serious stuff put up on station cash, this article is about the crafting stuff that will go live with gu 51 along with the new quests in lavastorm, get yer info straight you trolls.

There are no weapons or useful armor in the station cash shop, why would you think that, the cash shop does not have anything that effects gameplay what so ever. The game plays just as it always have before the fluff item shop.

ok this is for the dude that is the realist, my lead filled flack jacket gives +10 protection but _5 agility, whilst ,my spider weave kevlar thread gives me +5 agility but only +5 agility, yeah this is real stuff, the heavier the stuff is is definatly gonna affect how fast you move and cause more protection against piercing and blows, while the lighter stuff like kevlar will let you move faster as it is lighter but may only stop mid lvl blows and ect, so add that to the stats on a fantasy game where magic can be used for imbuing, I would say yeah if the gamer mechanics work and the game is fun then let there be stats.
