Also try the 8 hour all game time trial for Vendetta Online. This is probably one of the best mmo's i have played (i have played EVE, Rose, Face of Mankind, Earth and Beyond, Runescape, Vendetta, etc).   The major downfall of this game is that it has a tiny player base in comparison with EVE online but this is one of the best underdog mmo's out there.

The game is a space based game in which you are the pilot of various ships that you can purchase. What separates this game from EVE or ENB for that matter is that it is a twitch based game in which you have to actually aim strafe roll dive and various ways in fighting and pvp. You can also use a joystick in the game and it is multiplatformed. Definately check it out.

We are unsure whether anything will be done but the more support and people we have the better chance we will have of it returning.

Earth and Beyond was also my first mmo and i would surely get an account if the game was re-released

I read it, replied and my website was even mentioned. I definately will be watching this post closely. All enb people post on this website about  enb again and we could have it back.

this is funny, they destroyed all the original games like enb then decide thats what they need to focus on. If they brought back Earth and Beyond i would be happy tho :)

you might need more ram, but also i think there is a way to install more fans into your computer (pretty sure my friend did). Yea EVE takes up a lot to run.

i think you might like Vendetta Online also a futuristic game which is space based. I think its interesting how you can have mac, linus, and windows and they all work. Also i haven't tried it but it must be great to plug in a joy stick into your computer to fly your ship and fight. The space combat system is really fun and interesting. Not as complex as SWG and isn't run by a huge corporation byt it  might be better because the people who run VO listen to their customers.

Any of you try the Vendetta Online free trial? Its 8 hours of gameplay and i tried it and thought it was a decent game. Not insanely complex which isn't a positive or negative. Nice tight knit community and the game is a work in progress so they are adding to it a lot. From what i can tell is that the devs listen to the community a lot but overall the game needs a to improve but still fun and only takes 10-45 mins to get used to.
