Anther good Sci-Fi space based mmo! Sounds good to me!

tried this game and was kind of confused throughout the process. Very interesting and pretty game just needs an easier tutorial system!

Vendetta Online is a good Sci Fi mmorpg but it does have pvp in it but it is avoidable.

It's too bad Earth and Beyond closed down because it sounds like it would be a perfect pick for you.

I'm curious as to how many EVE players came from other games that failed or went bad for a period of time.  (Specifically SWG, Earth and Beyond, Asheron's Call 2, Motor City Online, and any other possible game)

You could land on planets in Earth and Beyond.... you could also walk around in the station....

I agree, EVE can be either. In some instances it will take you a year or so to be as good as an older player but you also can get to a decent level in a few months. Might be looking back into rejoining...

Its kinda sad another mmo goes under but in all honesty im not too surprised. The game was kind of annoying and not easy to learn in beta.

I also heard Mass Effect was amazing, hopefully soon i can afford it and the 360!

yea its kind of ironic how the sims online has less subscriptions now than EnB had AFTER they announced its closure.  They should open up a similar situation like SOE did with their station pass might be a successful way to boost revenue and keep TSO alive and bring EnB back.

im definately interested in Jumpgate although like stated the CC makes me nervous of getting charged on a game that i might not like.

I'd just be happy if enb 1 was re-released. If they lowered the subscription price and started everyone back at L0 then theres enough content for months and months of playtime. Its a pretty cheap way for them to make a buck!

Bioware makes some great games so any mmo that they make is welcome by me!

Vendetta Online definitely check it out! There have been quite a few updates especially the dynamic hive system (the rogue bots have formed an large contingent and will expand throughout space if players dont prevent them). Might be worth trying again.
