Games i've played: RF online, and Anarchy online. Also i don't like games with too long of a grind, unless lvls don't matter in pvp. Like in dungeon fighter. |

No, there won't be enough buttons. In WoW most players has there entire screen filled up with skills, sure half of it we don't use, but every once in a while when the situation calls for it we do, and with 360, ps3, wii, their definetly won't be enough buttons to use skills. |

Wotlk is easy because, it only takes 1-2 weeks from 70 to get to 80 if ur geared right playing about 2 hrs a day. Blizz also made the raids easier to complete, and dumbed down the game even more, such as making crit and spell the same thing. |

The 360 is better than the PS3, 360 gets all the games ps3 gets and more, and its cheaper |

Originally posted by nickman1993 Well I personally disagree with the first replier of this post. I think posts like this could do some good for this site. Personally this is my break down of pallys for a trees and about tanking. For Tanking/Prot tree- Pallies are great at 5man raids, they can easily take on trash mobs and hold aggro is extremely easier Due to AoE abilites) They do seem to have trouble with 25man raids when holding 1 monster. If you want to do more 25man raids might i recomend Warriors they are the kings when it come to 25man's. Dont go Druid because atm they are the worst tankers. Best tankers in order *imo* This order is incorrect, paladins are the most popular tanks for instances, but not for raids. Mainly because there the only tank that can mutli aggro easily. In raids paladins are usuallys choosed over by all the other tanks, because the other tanks focus better on one target than pallys. It stil doesnt matter that much ,cause most guilds like to a tank of each class. For Healing- Healadins are great in PvP (BG's) They have FoL which is very mana effecient and they also have high spell crit chance *more then most healers imo* They also have HL for big heals. They having a way higher survivability then any other healer in the BG's. For the arena they are okay, one of the best teams ive heard has been a paladin and a warrior. But normally in 2v2 its gonna be a druid(healer) and *insert another high armored class here* The dont have any HoT's only druids and priests have those. (Excluding FoL glyph which makes it a HoT)(fyi that glyph sucks) That means when they are healing they are static and can not move. However if you go Holy I dont recommend doing it for leveling bec they cant do any dmg under holy (compared to REt or prot) (unless you grind dungeons) However if you look at the healing charts a priest and a druid will almost always out heal a paladin however palys live longer and can do multiple stuns while having Bubble/LoH while still being able to do decent dmg at lvl 80. Best healers in order *imo* this order is only for bgs. 2v2 druid priest shaman paladin 3v3 pretty much the same as 2v2 5v5 shaman paladin druid priest PvE Many people seem to think shamans are bad healers, which totally untrue. Because of chain heal it makes them a popular choice for raids, and mana tide totem, allows the shaman, and any other to almost never go oom in a raid. For Ret- Retadins with recent patches have had buffs and also nerfs. Some people say that they have gotten nerfed to the ground *like dead is what they say* I disagree my brother tops DPS charts in 25mans and 5mans every time as a DPS ret pally. For leveling they are by far the best tree to go. They have high survivability and when your poperly geared you can dish out a lot of burst dmg very fast. When done right a Ret pally Can easily down 2 clothies and a DK/warrior no problem (might have to use bubble or LoH) Any good clothie should be able to beat ret pallys especially a mage, speced right Thats pretty much the run down of the pally in a very simple way for all the tree's.

If you actually look at class distribution numbers, DK is not that dominant. Secondly, it does not matter what you think about the classes. Any talk about WOW will die in 2009 is silly. It just ADDED 500k subscribers after the WOLTK release (and oh, it does not even release to the whole world yet).
Mages are overpowered in bgs, where all the noobs are at. There only OP because they do so much dmg, and that there all fire speced, but in 1v1s most get there ass whooped being fire/ arcane spec. Deathknights are overpowered everywhere, BGs, arena, ect. |

I predict a rapid growth to 12 million players for Wow in the beginning of 2009

Originally posted by bodypass im sure this won't happen, yes sure wotlk will bring in lots of people, but wotlk is pretty the same old thing, and to me it's even worse than TBC. Launching Deathknights was a horrible decision, by Blizzard, making the classes even more inbalanced than it was before. Because its so OP everyone is rerolling their class to deathknights and now half of all the people in a bg is a deathknight. In Pve people are getting pissed, because everyone is now rolling on the same items since crit and spell crit is the same thing now, spell dmg and spell healing is the same thing 2, ect. Sure alot of people joined, because of Wotlk, but many are finding out wotlk is just same old same old. And that its just not challegening enough. To many people wotlk was a very big disappointment, it took about a week or 2 to get to lvl 80 playing around 20 hours a week, depending on whether u were geared or not in pve or pvp. The only really good thing that came out of it was siege battles. |

Originally posted by Arthousesig As a old WoW player thats played all of wow from pre bc to wotlk i have to say wotlk have made the game alot worse and the more serious adult gamers are getting seriously turned off. Some people like the new deathknight class, but most don't deathknights are extremely OP, and since there so OP, all the little kids are switching class cause they want to kick butt too. So now Bgs are filled with deathknights and everyone else thats not a deathknight is getting owned. Its just as bad in pve, Blizzard seems to have dumbed down the game even more, now crit and spell crit are the same thing, same with spell hit and hit, and even healing done and dmg done. Because of this everyone is rolling on the same things in dungeons and getting less loot. WoW might not die as quickly as you predicted, but it will die sometime in 2009 to 2010, if blizzard doesn't fix the game.
