What your kidding? With the way EVE is set up with the player economy and everything that would totally ruin it.... Inflation, less sales on actual items people are selling for ISk because people would buy them with cash.. That would totally kill EVE.......

Ughhh guess I am back to waiting for SWTOR. I am so sick of this BS, I am at the point of just no longer playing MMOs...

Crafting definitly makes the most credits. Or making pets with BM but there isn't much of a market for pets. I used to make a killing selling ship parts back in the day, but youll have to start an alt trader character.

I agree! I think it's a great amount of content. It's a lot more than SOE usually offers right off the bat for their MMOs.

Or maybe it's that some of us are more complex thinkers, and if you think about it, all the games we day in and day out, talk about how we wish were still this or that, were all games that required a lot of planning, thought and of course, imagination.

The games that are popular right now, are void of letting you use your own imagination.

Perhaps, these games are for creative people, where games like WoW are for the masses, the robots, the sheep..

You may be on to something there. The mmos I have enjoyed the most are the ones that haven't been as popular.

VG was one of my favorite MMOs of all times. Up there with preNGE SWG. It was the first MMO I didn't quit for getting bored, or problems with game mechanics. I quit because I couldn't level anymore. Not one person was around the same level as me and a lot of the content wasn't soloable, so I tried my best and my character was mortally wounded lol, I had to quit. A sad tale. VG is a big ass gem in a haystack of crappy MMOs that has the powers to make a normal person freak over it like Golem and the ring lol. DCU and AOC both look better imo and those are my two main MMOs.. They are also a lot more fun than rift. I find the Rift combat unbearbly slow and it just feels clunky. I mean even darkfall and fallen earth are more fun than Rift.. and they look like they came out in the late 90s. lol

 youve got some straaaaange opinions lol I life fallen earth and all, but it AND darkfall are about as clunky as you can get in the combat department....

 

oh and saying DCU looks BETTER than rift?? time for a new prescription there....

Yes DCU looks better than rift. lol Rift just looks like EQ2 on ultra settings with a pretty sky. And yes I admit FE and DF are clunky, but they are more fun than Rift. Which is what i was saying above. Never said they weren't clunky, just more fun.
