While i agree in full the people who went to Illum for the purposes of capping points and gathering chests should get in trouble. I recieved a warning also, even tho i had NEVER been to the planet. My only crime was leveling up my slicing so i went to Corellia a planet that is designed for lvl 45+ at lvl 32. Corellia has 13 sliceable containers in a safe spot, i make roughly 30k every 10ish minutes. Is it an exploit that i worked hard to level a trade and found a place to level it up? Is it an exploit that there are 2 lootable chests in the middle of this safe zone that can easily be attained by lower levels?

Pretty much answers our questions.. It is infact a beta key...... 

Moderator there is insanely cool he is handing out a TON of keys.. i managed to get mine inputed.. Just no clue what to do from there, no mail about a DL location popped up.. nothing else at this time. So it looks like even if you get a key it won't do a ton yet. 

Some of us didn't need to hump any legs and got a cute little unexpected e-mail that had a beta key in it. =P.......... Good luck tho.. not like this one matters, its up for 1 hour tomorrow for a stress test then beta will be starting in the next few weeks.

Is the game super grindy? Not really at all, i had level 45 in under a week as a cleric which is probably the worst leveler there is. 
Cash Shop Dependant? Cash shop provides for some nice leveling items, and a very nice mount item. Past that, No not really. The best gear is going to come from PvP.
Fun? and Lots of content? (examples) It can be very fun, there are a ton of quests and only a few times you ever have to grind repeateables. There are a TON of dungeon quests and there is another dungeon every 10ish levels. 
Is the pvp any good? PvP is fast and fun most of the time. The game is designed for MASSIVE pvp so small scale battles seem to go by way too fast. Usually in 1v1 it's whoever gets the CC off first wins. 
Character customization(in terms of skills, and character play, for example: warriors can be be categorized as a defensive warrior or offensive etc) Not in the way your looking for now. A defensive character is a defensive character. You can fudge with the points a bit, but a paladin will never be up there in damage with a warrior. And a cleric as hard as they try, will never be a warlock. 
Anyone who is high level? would like to mentor me.(i will NOT ask u to level me or give me money)

Last time a thread like this popped up it was "aren't you wary about AoC because of what happened to AO"... Fact is, even with a different dev team, and different management the games both released as flaming piles of crap. I had a lot of hopes for both and both were huge let downs for a long time after release. It would almost be a good idea to be wary about another release by Funcom, they don't seem to learn from there mistakes at all. 

This game is Iffy in my eyes still, the grind isn't that long reguardless of what anyone says.... The PvE is easy and you pretty much glide through it if you use more then half a brain.. The PvP was where i really had my issues, i know this is built around large scale pvp. Let me go ahead and say that ahead of time, but honestly a game that has players hitting in PvE for 1.2k-2.2k and your average player (level 40) has somewhere around 2.5k and there is NO damage reduction in PvP means its 2 or 3 shots for a person to die. Most times in a small fight, whoever gets the jump wins... if you are head to head, whoever gets the CC wins. 

I play a Cleric, currently lvl 42 even level or even slightly lower duel gunners and rifleman can kill me in roughly 2 shots. That is With max rank shield on, and having our Holy Intervention on (1.2k heal when you hit 50% health). Leads to being very frustrating when you realize that your class is pretty much useless in small scale pvp because of all the stuns, silences and the HUGE damage that can be done so quickly.

All and all, this is a very good game... Minus seeing the sieges i can easily say it is one of the better games i have played. But unless you like repetitive pve, and being Rather Horrid at PvP i wouldn't roll a Cleric or a Paladin. just my 2 cents there.

There is an auction house, and private shops... No clue why you would need the shops, but apparently easterners like them.

Honestly don't feel that bad, i tried to test this game and it was honestly one of the worst testing experiences i have had to date... and i couldn't even make it into game. I crashed 27 times in a row (crash or lock up) only 1 time making it "into" game where i started to hear a cut scene where it crashed to desktop. My system is a beast and i know its not that, it's just that the game is broken to all hell currently.

Key clone is a progam used to hook up multiple pc's so a person can multi box easier allowing them to control many characters from 1 keyboard most of t he time. Key Clone is NOT a way to copy a cd key so you can use it on multiple accounts... So, again, LoL @ you.

As for 1.5 (which we have at live and during open beta) players give XP, Quests and Kills have had there xp raised... No real confirmation but we hear rumors of 3x xp per quest 1.5x xp per kill. And still have to saw Wow a grinder is too funny.... Obviously this person has only ever played WoW in there MMO history.

Yes, this game does have a feel much like that of L2, but to say its L3 is going  a little far. I mean, sure its L3 minus the grind, w/o crafting being a pain in the ass, with factions instead of FFA, with an upgrade system that you can't actually break your gear, no pure buffer classes that have no real use, No short term buffs that change fights completely, Power shards are helpful but they are no Soul Shot,  i could go on.. But yea, its L3 with everything that made L2 what it is right?

Congrats, you saw two games that were a little alike and tried to say they were the same. You are the kind of person who belives that EQ2 really was a decent follow up to EQ1 weren't you?

Yea to me gfx are more important then gameplay. And this is why Aion fails in my book, because it has sh*t gfx. ( yes I maxed out Aion's gfx at 1900x1200 with a gtx295 and it still looks like updated wow gfx)

2056 dmg,86% wound chance... Every rare item in the game used to make it... Flamethrower of Doom in SWG pre-CU... I could 1 shot black bar entire groups of people putting them into negative health..

Nothing is quite as fun as watching a full guild spend hours trying to drag there leader to the medical center in order to allow him to play again. I do feel sorry for those folks who couldn't get healed due to no friends and ended up deleting there chars.

Standard 15 dollars a month plan for US and Europe.... And open beta will likely be first come first serve.. Tho, nothing has been made public knowledge on that yet.
