Krystar Daymen here again with post number two.  I have been reading various forums about Dark Fall, with us "fanboys" and you "Trolls". 

First of all I would like to thank all of you doubting flamers for helping to spread interest in DFO by continuing to keep the debate going.  I personally have friends that are now interested in DFO simply BECAUSE of all the flaming going on.  Honestly if there were no content to the game, and I have personally seen over an hour of continuous in game play and No I won't tell you how, then there would be no argument to continue. 

I do however ask myself this: if you are so convinced that DFO will tank then why the hell are you still railing about it instead of finding better and more entertaining ways to occupy your time?  That's a rhetorical question.  Now if it's because you (and by you I mean individuals not all flamers) just enjoy trying to make people go emo, then I applaud your choice of entertainment because there is nothing I personally enjoy more or find more amusing than manipulating people to insanity using mere words.  But, if you are doing it out of a genuine sense of HATE for the game...why bother?  I mean it's not like you are going to convince any of us who are TRULY awaiting the rebirth of a TRUE mmo from playing it.  So why waste your time and your finger muscles?  I would say why waste your mental energy but it's obvious from most of your comments that you really don't HAVE any to waste.  So why not just go play your cookie cutter, factory line made poor imitations of what an mmorpg SHOULD be and leave those of us with true talent in a REAL pvp environment alone?  Oh not to mention leaving us alone because we can out craft, out build, out sail, and most importantly OUT THINK all of you put together against one of us. 

I guess what I'm saying is go back to your pitiful virtual worlds where you are safe because of your uber gear which CAN'T be stolen (waaa mommy he stole my +9 sword of noobness!) and where you can't be looted when you die (waaaa what do you mean I can loose all my stuff if I die...that would never happen in real life (lol) and where there are no TRUE repercussions to ANY of your negative actions ( but the guards kill me if I go red waaa).  So please, and I can only speak for myself on this, don't come to Dark Fall if you truely hate it...because to my understanding each server world will only hold 10,000 max continuous capacity and if you haters don't come then those of us who REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THE HARD WORK OF A NEW SMALL COMPANY striving to make a good game world where you don't ALWAYS WIN just because you bought the best Cash Shop gear or just because you have a number beside your name that is 20 levels higher than ours, then there will be more room for us...the people who are willing to make the right trade offs for A GOOD GAME. 

Someone, maybe more than one, said it best in a previous post and I agree.  I don't care if the game doesn't have "polished" graphics.  I would gladly trade AAA quality graphics for just decent graphics and AAA quality content and game play.  And if Dark Fall has just half of what they have promised when it's released, it will still be better than 99.9% of the crap mmo's that have sadly become the norm today.

First off let me say that I had never even heard of Dark Fall until about a month ago.  I was playing a crappy little free to play game that some of you may know called Perfect World...don't even get me started on THAT. 

So I'm sitting there wishing for some better game when I hear that the leader of the faction that my faction is at war with is going to go to some game called "Dark Fall".  I had been patiently awaiting Aion and still am. 

But I go and start checking out DFO and to my astonishment I find a game that reminds me SOOO much of UO in its Glorious past that I begin to drool.  Then I read the name of the world "Agon".  Something stirs inside me as if soon I will be going "home".  You see when I played UO it was the only mmo on the market and my first lesson in learning that even though a place may not exist on our plane of "reality" and only exists in cyberspace, it can still become "home" to you.  I can't tell you how much I miss playing UO and I only quit when they COMPLETELY changed the game up over night.  Those of you old school UO players know exactly what I'm talking about and to those of you that didn't play let's just use today's terminology and say that they "nerfed" the ENTIRE game.  Anyway, I digress.

I really just want to say that those of us that the trolls call "fanboys", for the most part, remember UO fondly and only stopped playing because Origin refused to keep up with the times graphics wise and also completely changed the game...you remember when you came online and all your vanq and power swords suddenly had numbers everywhere?  Then every mmo in the world went to the number leveling system and stopped the thief class and player looting because the so called "hardcore" pvp'rs whined when they died and all their stuff was jacked.  To me if you don't want the option of TOTAL LOOTING when you die AND xp or xp in skills lost when you die to ANYTHING, player or otherwise, then don't call yourself a HARDCORE pvp'r cause really all you are is a QQ'ing CAREBEAR.

Now comes Dark Fall.  And those of you that played UO when it was UO can attest to the fact that this is really a BETTER , hopefully, remake of that world.  Now there has been a tremendous amount of flaming about DFO.  All I have to say about that is that I realize that most of you have been waiting for years for this and I can sympathize with you on all the delays.  However, sometimes we need to look beyond what we know as reality to the supernatural for a "sign".  And the one sign that may have escaped my UO brothers and sisters is hiding in XAleX360's post in the first pic of the Adventurine sign.  I choose to take it as a GOOD omen about us finally going home.  Look at the name of the company right beside the Number 2 on that pic and tell me it doesn't make you think it's a good Omen...tell me it's not ordained by fate...because the name of it is...
