Two threads that cover some of what has gone on. The 2nd page of the VN board thread has the most information on this issue. Do not bother visiting the official boards since they have a nazi guestapo moderator lead there that promptly deletes any threads about billing and bans the poster. Peaches...

The scary part iis the 2nd VN thread where the guy called the number given by the credit card company. He got someones personal answering machine.

I recomend anyone wanting to try horizons to NOT. EII is proving to be rather crooked in their actions.
