I asked for a refund end may. My request got accepted and click and buy would take care of it. I checked my click and buy account today and they FUCKING charged me 57.99 euro's AGAIN. Wow, these guys really are amateurs. Ofcourse I have the option to call my credit card company and get my money refunded, but I don't think click and buy will refund my preorder that I bought in 2005. Fuck. I hate dark and light, totally disgusted. |

Well,you know the guy who gets charged 768 $ for 3 account...dont you? Farlan is not just ruining its image..(it there is something left of it). It is,indeed,ruining the image of Alchemic Dream and Click&Buy. |

Isn't that a bit exaggerated, dnl ruining the image of click&buy? I think till we know better the fault should be with Farlan only. I preordered too, that preorder got me a click$buy account on the run, I got email-validation from click&buy but never from Farlan. They didn't charge me anything (!) but I have no valid account, they just messed it up. This tells me which company is the noob.

Agree, I cant believe C&B is the fault here. They are going alot on what Farlan tells them. These acount confirmation emails from Farlan and C&B and back again, then emails to the customer all over the place and what happens? Farlan says you dont have an account, or you are charged over and over again. Farlan now must be getting account setup and confirmation to C&B before it happens -- seems to me that would help Farlan with their own forked up database. Then again, they seem unable to even do simply data entry. |

You dont' think Crooked and Borked are involved in this scam? There must be a reason that Farceland / NotProfessional didn't use the big dog PayPal or even let AD handle the money since that is a service they offer. Check my posts about what they did to me when they attempted to charge me again and threatened me with legal action when my CC refused the charge. That is blatant fraud / criminal intent (also called attempted theft BTW) and I have reported C&B as a co-conspirator to www.ic3.gov for FBI / Interpol investigation. |

Do you even know what "Shill" means? This phrase was coined for those who seek to promote a product falsely. "Indeed" is not promoting a particular product, but he is stating that Farlan/NP3 is the bad company, not Click and Buy. Click and Buy is a payment company just like Pay-pal, but for the Europeans. Maybe Click and Buy is not as well known, and maybe there are some quirks to them, but they're not in cahoots with Farlan/NP3 just like Pay-pal is not in cahoots with E-bay and other companies that use them. Click and Buy would not be my first choice, but it's probably a European choice, because DnL was made by a French company. But whatever anyone says, DnL is the worst piece of trash ever released. |
