Hello everyone im a new user here! looks like a great place :) anyhow im wondering if their is anyone here who nows of a good free DAoC server? and have a site where i can also download the whole game. Thanks, Pixels |

There are no 'free' shards for DAoC, this game isn't like UO.

Pixels WTH are you talking about? DAoC has no free servers period. I doubt AC2 has any free servers. There are some free or low budget MMORPG's around, but not the big boys ( DAoC, EQ, SWG etc ). Greetings, CyberGhost. |

You are correct there is a free shard of DAoC that most of us did not know about. However a quick review of the site showed that it has no combat or mobs for that matter. So basicly it's a big fancy MOO. Enjoy~

So basicly it's a big fancy MOO. Enjoy~" There is infact combat. Your character starts at level 24 with 400g I think. The only equipment in the game is merchant bought , no crafting that I know of. Not to mention you can use regular armor dyes to dye your weapon ( something that Mythic said couldnt be done ). So once you have your gear you head out of town and are teleported to the BG map. But soon as you gotto the BGs you cant return to town ( I dont think ). It is pretty fun IMO. Like a FPS without guns. |
