The official Guild Wars site has posted a nice looking screen shot today.  I am not sure how they achieve these "glowing" graphics effects, but you got to admit it looks really cool!  We have added this shot to our own gallery.

Personally I think that looks more like an artists' rendering. Its like you said "glowing".

impressed would be an understatement.  That cannot be a screenshot.  Some of their shots look to photoy(lol is makin up words).  But hell...if its is real and the game is decent...Im game...after all no monthly fee at ALL...can't ever beat that...well maybe if they paid me to play it would.

Screenshot my butt!  Sorry, I had to say that.  But seriously, if that really is a screenshot, and the game really does look that good, I will drop everything to play it.  I hate to call anyone a liar.  It goes against my character to not be trusting.  But I went through all the other screenshots on their website and I can't say I was very impressed.  So...  well...  I guess I will have to go look again.

I stand corrected.  I think this really is a screenshot....   How in the heck did I overlook this game?  I thuoght I had visited the website, but obviously I never did.  This game looks AWESOME!  Somebody smack me for my last post!  I am a complete moron!  I'm am simply stunned.  It looks like I've found a new game to drool over until release.  I'm very excited :)

YES! this is why I argue that Guild Wars need to be put up among the WoW/EQ2/Lineage2/etc rank. but so many don't think it's going to be good...

Guild Wars graphics certainly are unique. Their FAQ found at, http://www.guildwars.com/faq/default.html comments on their screen shots;

"Are your in-game screenshots altered in any way? Do you rework them in an art program before adding them to the site?
