MMOs have come a long way since Ultima Online and EverQuest. I picked up my badge holder with the priviledged "E3 Early Access Media" print and strolled through West Hall which was very much the "International" Hall as I saw the Scotland Pavilion... the UK Pavilion and the Australian Pavilion all in a row. This looks like it may the longest E3 for me yet. What happened to the days of covering all the major MMOs in a single day, then strolling in Kentia Hall to see if I could find any fledgling MMOs in the making? As evidenced by the list of games on this site... long gone. MMOs are mainstream now buddy, and you better believe it. The choices are greater than those on a Chinese take-out menu and just as confusing. Stay tuned as we bring you all the news from the floor and previews of the latest and the greatest. With a busy day ahead of me yet, Carolyn "Sylvene" Koh signing out to head to another appointment. |

Cool someone who doesn't ignore the Kentia Hall. Can you check out the Korean mmos? Like I think I remember HanbitSoft getting a booth in South Hall. I really want to know how soon Granado Espada will hit US soils. Also Webzen has some cool games on the horizon.

How refreshing it is to see an active international MMO community. The most interesting thing about MMO developing I bet is once the product gets into the hand of the consumer, irregardless what country that player is from, he or she has fun with it. It shows there are things which bridges the gap of nationality, political views and upbringing. As for Kentia Hall, hey, you have to start somewhere right? |

Don't forget to check out CCP's booth in the West hall, booth 2100, they've set up a space bar up there apparently. Oh and pretty please take pictures....please.  |
