Graphics look good. A martial arts based MMOG is compelling. But the name "9 Dragons", if they add a 10th Dragon, they're screwed! Anyways, the fact that it's not SOE deserves an extra couple points on the hypemeter.

The links for pics 2 and 3 are swapped.

These are second-rate graphics at best. Ugh.

The description of the game spouts 3 years of development and "$10 million in development cost". Sorry, but money and time don't automatically make a good game, and advertising with those facts is rather disturbing.

This shows how ignorant people can be. The English web site was only online for like a week and they have almost no material of this game.

You should check out the korean site. www.ninedragons.co.kr

All in all this is one of the BEST martial art MMORPG ever been made. These screen-shots do not do this game justice. Go to the korean site and down load the wu-gong movies www.ninedragons.co.kr/data/movie.asp. They were made using in game graphic not pre-render. If you have played Soul Calibur before, this is the closest an MMORPG can get to Soul Calibur in term of martial arts animation. After you saw those movies, come back and we talk.

It's not just the graphic. This game do learn a lot of things from the western MMORPG. World of Warcraft style quest system. Soloable game play very light grind, good group play. Instanced dungeon, boss fight with cutscene ala FFXI. Player own mounts (war elephan included). It's countless. Although this game is zone based, it's a true MMORPG not Guild War style. Zone loading times are very fast. Lag is non-existent.

This game features 9 famous traditional martial arts school including Wu-Dang (the school of the main guy in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon) Shao-Lin and the beggar clan. Each school feature 4 different styles internally (weapon focus, hand-to-hand focus, chi/inner force focus, you name it) that branchs out to about 36 different classes.

If you are familiar with the martial arts world (through movies, literature), you should know that this is an incredible rich culture albeit not many westerners know this only because you guys are just been exposed to this culture for a short time, just like easterners and Tolkien world.

If you like the martial arts world, this is the one game that you do not want to miss.
