Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

Dynasty is a recently formed guild that is coming to Vanguard. So far we have around 15 members who have all played many MMO's before. We want to be in-between casual and hardcore, and plan to be a laid-back guild that is meant for fun. Dynasty will be located on a PvP server, and we plan to actively participate in any form of PvP that's in the game. As of right now, here is our charter:

1. First and foremost, everyone should know that this guild is not going to be all seriousness, it is meant to be fun and enjoyable. It might seem so at first only because we have to hammer out all the rules and guidelines.

2. Ranks - The system will be very simple and will go Initiate, Member, Officer, Leader. However this guild will have a great sense of equality and no priority will be given to any certain rank for a guild raid or event. While there will be a hierarchy of power for the final decision on some issues, your opinion DOES matter and many guild issues will be decided in open discussion, so if you have something to say SAY IT!

3. Recruitment - Our method for recruitment will be a rather selective one. We will not invite tons of people right at the start, adding members will be a gradual thing. For example, if you have partied with a certain person multiple times, and have a good feeling about them, then tell us about him/her, and we will contact them. We feel this is the best way to manage a guild, so that everyone knows everybody else, and it is not just a random list of names.

3. Respect - No guild will be able to function well if the members do not respect each other. By no means are we saying there will be no joking at all, as stated in (1), this will be a fun guild. Obviously there is a limit, if trash talking gets a little too serious then matters will have to be dealt with.

4. Dedication/Fame - As most other guilds, we want to make our name known in Vanguard, so we ask that all members of the guilds please try to play as much as possible while still enjoying the game, and try to get the name out there!

5. Basic Rules
- Respect your fellow guild members and leaders.
- Please make your opinion known, do not just go and do what you think is best for the guild.
- Do not insult other people's ideas, all opinions are valued, and there are no stupid ideas.
- Please do not repeatedly beg for help on a certain quest or killing a certain mob, it frustrates people and can be extremely annoying.
- If a certain member is bothering you or keeps harassing you, please alert one of the leaders instead of bad mouthing them on forums/chats.

6. Infringement of Rules - Constant rule breaking will result in a warning at first, but if they continue, will result in ban.
