Serafina from World Fusion has sent out an email to the Atriarch community updating them on the progress of this MMORPG that has been in development for a number of years. It offers an update on the status of their development, confirmation that it is still going strong and reasons why the road has been so slow.
Thank you to Serafina for taking the time to write this and allowing us to publish her letter. |

Gold buyers: Go to Hell. Go directly to Hell. Do not see St. Peter. Do not collect Salvation. |
As a long-time Atriarch watcher, I am glad to hear this news. When my passion for Tolkien-derived fantasy has finally lost its luster, Atriarch will be finished and I'll get in touch with my inner plant. ;) |

I have been "following" Atriarch from it's conception, many, many years back. This game needs to stay around, if only to give meaning to the phrase " vaporware". Serafina can not seriously think that the Atriarch design documents still contain features that will surprise the Mmorpg-world? Or interest publishers into funding? I sure hope they do not show those avatar-models to possible publishers.... I guess pet-projects are hard to let go, and if World Fusion is making money with other projects then why should you delete it from your HD, right? Just strikes me as odd that Serafina still thinks she is talking to a fanbase, that is awaiting this game. |
