Whats the Best Free MMO Making Sofwtare? Seriously, whatis it? I've benn looks for ages for a ood one, but i've found none really tha good.
if anyone could tell me about a good MMO Making Sofwtare, i would be very gratful. Thanks |

Here are a list of the free MMORPG resource/games in production that have enough completed to possibly be good resources. These are only the ones I found in a few hours of search, there may be others. The most like what you are asking for is WorldForge which is a collection of libraries intended to help build MMORPGs along with a few games in progress. I also found a bunch of games in progress with respectable amounts of code, some of which are playable: |

Ah, well that wasn't really what I was searching for. The last one there is in Java and there are some others written in Java. There are also some browser based ones but I'm not sure what those are in. If you are just looking for something where all the code is written and you develop the artwork, quests, and such, I don't think such a beast exists. The closest would be to take a functional game and replace whatever artwork, quests, etc. that it had. |
