Wow that's so awesome, congrats to the people at CCP, they care about their game and have put some serious quality work into Eve, it's fantastic to see that it's doing well for them.

I'm also so proud to see Ryzom up there, a well deserved win for Best Story.

I can understand the best graphics. Very nice art direction, but PvP? Lmao.

All in all its stupid. advancing in a game that doesnt require playing does not make sense. Then its not a game anymore... then its just a waste of time. you play games to be entertained, not to let the game play for you.

Im not sure if its crazy or right about the cospiracy theories about EVE fanboys coming in here and voting for EVE in everything, but we all know that this measures out in popularity contests. EVE is probably easier to get people to vote in something than other games. There are tons and tons og WoW players for example that could have changed the polls. Its a stupid popularity contest.

its just sad to see one of the biggest sites nominating these games that are supposed to be about communities acting so childish and pathetic.

EVE probably was justified for 1 or 2 rewards, but... 4. Its just stupid.

The game aint perfect. It does not have an appeal to everyone, and allot of us just dont like it. In that regard I think its sad that EVE fans probably just voted for EVE in everything to promote it.

Very dissapointing. I actually thought that most mmorpg.com viewers had more of a clue about mmos and had less biased opinions than sites like gamespot and ign. personally I didnt vote for the same game twice of all the genres. I voted for EVE for best graphics, and others for the others once i think.

Congratulations CCP!!! That's just awesome! The MMORPG community is finally recoginizing what many of us knew 3 years ago... EVE is a winner!

For those WoW players that bash EVE... Sorry leet dudes... EVE does require quite a bit more dedication and intelligence to play. It's not surprising that anyone prefering the instant gratification of WoW, doesn't care for the long term commitment of EVE.

Eve players LOVE their game and were willing to spend some time voting, WoW players appearantly don't LOVE their game as they didn't take the time...

To think that eve only has less than 2% of the playerbase of WoW and only a fraction of the playerbase of Eve even voted.

[Edit]It seriously does require a long attention span and patience. I have a 5 month old character and I am finally getting T2 guns, and T2 cruisers which really opens up the game to me. I have been having fun but now I will be unable to leave my seat except for when my cable company has its 1 hour downtime at 1am

where the wow players are ? well they are PLAYING the game ... not like those eve players :D

i did play eve for 3 days ... if you can call it "play" ... the only thing i did was choice a location to go to and go there took me like 10-20 minutes before even getting there and then i had to go the whole way back again

the only place i killed some ships was in the damn tutorail and the only thing i had to do was orbit the ship and click on attack and then just wait for like 5 minutes doing nothing but watching

well it is your waist of money :d i rather have some thing to do

Realise it - you play a so called 'zerg' game (lvl lvl lvl, items items items, lvl lvl lvl -repeat)

You cant compare any of those games to EvE Online.

You have more to do in EvE Online then in any other game. You're just lvl'ing and hunting items in WoW - I enjoi the full aspect of a player and comuity oriented game. to bad you didnt like it... maybe in a few years, when u're older :)
