I heard that there was a video out for the chronicle (for beta testers). I was just curious to know if anyone besides people with preorder account info can watch this video, and if so does anybody have the url to it? thanks.

The video is on the beta site. in order to get to you do have to have a pre-order.

Well I went ahead and purchased the beta because i'm anxious to play something new. You gotta log into your beta account in order to see the video. I had heard about it from some other people who had purchased the beta access. Well it looks like it's gonna be a good game so I'm now even more anxious =/. |

The community manager layed out specifically that it is RR's policy to release content like that to the beta community first and then make it available to the wider public. It'll be some time, but the video will be out there in the future. It just helps to pre-order and get the content as soon as it is released if you're impatient like me

Its linked from an announcement on the beta site on the 28th of Dec I believe. You have to log in to the separate beta site to get to it, not the forums beta section.

How does that even have anything to do with honesty? It gets released to the beta community first as a part of pre-ordering and will be released to the public after some time. Its part of a reward your pre-orders first mentality. |

ummm...what?? RR has made a short video. yes it is on the beta site. No they are not hiding it from anyone. They are working towords makeing an official trailer that will be released. dont expect that right away tho. as for the pre-order, not sure where you are coming from on this. they have posted alot of information about it. they have at least, last time I checked, 135 pics. more than enough to give you an idea of where this game is going. last time I checked I havent made up my mind on weather or not to buy a game based off of the accessability of a "present" in the form of a video to those who have pre-ordered already.
also, if I buy the snake oil, are you offering a 100% refund at any time before the game comes out like RR is?? if not I wouldnt try to call them "theives" or "scam artists" in differnt words. I know you will say you didnt but thats what I got out of your post.
