With all the nerfs and changes coming I think they should let powers have the ability to train all the powersets in their archetype. I know this would never happen, but i think it would help players adjust better, not to mention bring people back. Here is how it would work...
Fist you train up to level 50 like normal, with two powersets. Then at 50 you get the option to pick 2 new powersets and train those from 1 to 50. This would keep going unitl you have access to all the powersets in your archetype. Under the powers window, you would then have the option to pick which two sets you will use at a time. I suppose they could put a timer or something on how long you have to wait before you switch sets again, i think an hour or so would be fair.
This would cut down on people having to make a bunch of alts and free up the names a bit more. It would also give players more to do after hitting 50 for the first time, and perhaps make these nerfs not so horrible. Again, I'm sure this will not happen but at least it is something to think about.

NICE IDEA.

this is mine:

if u have a S/K in ur Archetype and one of ur Powersets u can train dem in dat power set u can instead of invite to sidekick invite to train then u go to a buildin or somthing and u can do stuff like missions and stuff and eventually he gains a new power and u can teach him/her instead of going to trainer...(and u can teach him power sets)

You HAVE To be lvl 50
