Being a cheap bastard and too broke to buy Torque, Blitz3D, or the Truespace engine, I just started working with Ogre 3D. I had to switch from Dev C++ to Code::Blocks and build the engine from source, but it all went pretty smoothly and I'm currently trying out my first test app. I was wondering if anyone else had any experience with this engine and making networked games. Basically, how hard is this to use and are there any catch 22 situations with the current build that I wouldn't be able to find about about in the documentation. Any input would be appreciated. |
