Playing: Guild Wars
I just thought this would be an interesting topic. Has this happened before in other MMORPG? Will anyone here be doing it? I was thinking about it but I'm a bit worried that I'll end up on a crappy server... plus I'm starting to get to know some people on Titan. I suppose it's good if you're not happy with where you are but *shrug*

I proberly would have considered moving if there was a choice of some of the other servers as i know people on a few, however from what i've heard they are making more servers and are going to put the overspill form the busy servers there.

Imo being on a new server would be good and bad, i prefer a high population server, more chance of teams etc and due to high lvl players the ecconomy is good making items cheap to buy and getting a good price for the stuff you sell.

I currently play on Bahamut, which I understand is a fairly populated server.  I haven't experienced any real overcrowding issues (lag, framerate drop, etc.).

I would, however, like to get on a brand-new server just so I could be on the ground-floor.  I'd do it if I could specify which one I wanted to go to and that my friends would go, too.
