You are right. I HATE the radio and never listen to it. Either i listen to Eminem, Pink floyd, or w/e my brother has in his car. Oh btw, Led Zep's Stairway to heaven is an AMAZING song

Stairway To Heaven is severly overrated

Easy acoustics, easy drums, easy bass, accented with ugly vocals thanks to Robert Plant. Black Dog is much better, even though I hate the vocals.

I disagree. I dont care how easy the acoustics, drums, or bass is. i just want a good sounding song and that dong delivers. I may check out that black dog song tho

Whatever criticism of Three Doors Down, at least they don't pretend to be who they're not. They're just some guys playing rock n roll.

Heavy Metal takes the cake tho. Almost all of em wear makeup. Some of em wear facepaint, and try to act like they're satan worshippers, or like they're some kind of psychopathic killer. Remember Rob Zombie? My god, what a poser. Guy tries to make out like he's Charles f*cking Manson and he's some regular white guy that lives in California. LOL

Me i'm not much on rap/ hiphop music. I'm alot into rock and heavy metal...art metal is good too, grunge good stuff. My favorite band has to be Smashing Pumpkins. they are great and i have never heard any one complain about them... i like system of a down i like the new stuff too like mesmerize and hypnotize both great but greatest album they put out was toxicity. some people think that all deathmetal or thrasher is like slipknot...(there abunch of people from Iowa there real hard core :P). it isn't...slipknot is as mainstream as you can get with thrasher. Listen to Opeth or Inflames there good bands especially opeth also one of my favorite bands. Nirvana has to rank up there in my top 10 bands along with pinkfloyd and damage plan...
theres real music and its out there don't listen to Emo, mainstream, Pimps N' Hoes Rap and say your listening to music.

Ah i almost forgot about Nirvana. I like Smells like teen spirit, but havent heard any other song.

I'm not a big fan of Dave Mudstain, but I loved the So Far So Good stuff. That was back when I was in high school, I don't like any of their newer stuff, their music these days just seems overdone, pompous and not-genuine.

I like old AC/DC their newer stuff sucks. I'm talkin like Back in Black and We got Big Balls and Who Made Who, and Screamer. I think that's a really talented band, but again their newer stuff sounds like crap.

I liked Metallica back when they had Cliff Burton as a bass player. Kill Em All was the one and only good album they made, although I kinda liked Justice but it was a little overdone and pompous. You notice in their next album, they tried to go black metal with "We Bite" and "Enter Sandman" but it didn't stop them from doing a duet with Avril Lavigne (WTF?!? LOL.) Like one day he's trying to sound demonic for a song, and the next day he's on stage singing with a 21 year old teenybopper, and telling kids not to copy CD's LOL. Phony phony phony.

Basically I like the blues rock station on shoutcast for rock, it sounds most like what is "old style Rock n Roll" to me although I like rap alot too. I don't like any of the new metal at all but that's just me.

That's the nice thing about menus. You can have what you want and I can have what I want.

My favourite singer of whole time fits into neither category.
