I have a pretty decent system (3GHz P4, 400MHz FSB, 1GB DDR400 RAM, 256MB nVidia GeForce FX 5950 Ultra, in a super-sized case with lots of fans) and I have to play at performance settings below "Balanced" to prevent it being a slideshow. Even then it crashes to Desktop once a week or more and every half hour or so slows to 20 seconds per frame. Many others have these problems. ...and I wish they didn't shut the game down almost every day at 7AM Pacific. I used to play during that time period. |
