Check out that thread. I have never had much experience with SWG CSR's myself... but I'd heard the horror stories from guild mates. It doesn't really hit you if you haven't experienced it first hand until reading something like the screenshots above.

ahh sweet memories of when the game first came out. I think we all herd the horror stories of SOE in general but they mainly came from SWG.
