I'm confused this Dave guy seems to be the problem and hes the producer... yet the dev's are getting blamed as well... why dont the devs just cancel the contract or just drop them if they dont have a contract..? I mean if its the publishers fault why should the game suffer? Also why is this publisher getting so much control???? I mean he has admin control oer the game to ban anyone.... he shoudnt have any control if you ask me... and he also has control over the forums...?? like I mean a publisher should just back the dev's but helping them server and pubicly, I could see them designing the forum and hosting the game and getting a cut of the profit, but not having so much control over the game that problems like this can occur... although the devs sending out a paid beta copy when they said their sending the alpha.. thats just wrong...

ohmygawd realmsofkrel does take you to a porn page. I thought you guys were joking. This has the be THE WEIRDEST game development I have ever seen in my entire life. After the interview that made all those accusations and one of them saying Dave was in the porno business before deciding to try to make millions from an MMO, I would have stayed clear from pornography (If I was Dave) Man o Man. The crazy thing here is not really the "scandal" behind this game. Rather, it's the developers and publishers and their ability to utterly destroy themselves with their own comments and actions. Business 101 will tell anyone that if you plan on making a mmorpg and one of the site was realmsofkrel and the "planet" you play on is "realms of Krel" and the kingdom is Realms of Krel, then the LAST thing you should do is convert realmsofkrel.com into a porno shower slut web site. Dave cannot exist. He just cannot. He represents everything you should not do in a business. He just cannot exist. No one can make that many mistakes in such a short amount of time. This whole thing has to be a conspiracy perpetrated by the assassins of John F Kennedy and the moon walkers |

BTW, ego You may want to take down realms of krel from google. When you type in realms of krel, the first link tells you about the morning mmorpg. When you click on it you get sent to a porn page with no censorship and no warnings. This is a serious violation of US and international law. I would HEAVILY suggest you remove that from google's search engine |

realmsofkrel.com was one of the old Mourning websites, however, it's now a porn site, and it doesn't give any warning or exit page to Google or something, just redirects straight to livewebcamsluts.com or something. It adds up to false advertising I believe. I mean you don't build a pizza hunt, advertise it as a pizza hut (url and description on a search engine) and inside you have a strip club. Think of all the legal problems that will get thrown at you. Same here. If you get one thing on a search engine, click the line and get porn it's going to cause problem. Still if it isn't anything like that most likely wouldn't be a problem. Remember you need to be 18+ to view it the US, same as being that age to buy it in either magazine or video. Looking for information on a game doesn't require a age limit but young kids or people that simply don't want to view can get to it without warning.

There is nudity on that front page. About halfway down is the flash of several naked women. You need to look harder It is a violation of US law because you must place a warning stating you must be 18 years old or older to enter the site. A site to further explain this is located at http://gsulaw.gsu.edu/lawand/papers/fa01/caldwell/ If you cannot see nudity on that front page then you really did not look hard enough. If you dont see the nudity use the refresh button....there's a flash of about 12 women; 3 of them are completely naked and many of them has smaller images of nudity |

Sorry, have to call you on this one... The US SUPREME COURT rulled COPA unconstitutional and there for unenforcable. As such there are no other laws I know of mandating the warnings on websites with nudity or even explicit sexual graphics. |

LOL - I can't believe they are going to re-release this P.O.S. I can't wait for Zaxtors review of the re-release of this game after they spend another billion hours and million broken promises on the game. We all know Zax will review it as he seems to enjoy reviewing all these promise everything in the world, deliver poop, third world country kinda games. I'm betting Zax gives the re-release a lower score then his 36% for Mourning last year, lol. Maybe this time it'll get a 19% haha. |

OMFG this is hilarious...... he really is letting a page from a wash up horrid buisness ethic game turn into a porn page.......... he probably rented the server for a set amount of time and payed up front so hes just prolly renting it out now to make a little extra cash. thats my 2 cents.
