Call me old fashioned... but I'd rather actually make a real friend rather than pay for one.

This has already been done before and then some. Gamecrush takes it to beyond what started this thread and it's been out for awhile now.

Well it sounds superficial but imo ,it is not a bad idea you know. People are spending REAL money on what?Virtual items, that you will NEVER own,so if you spent some money on a real person,is it all that bad? Is there any difference from the dating sites? How many millions using them? I think people shoudl open up a bit, this is not selling porn,or trying to miselad people with advertising,it is simply offering a service. If they can deliver on their promise, which i beleive they probably will, then i see no problems here. I know somewhere ,someone is getting all ancey thinking they don't want their 12 year old hooking up with some pedofile.Well is it any different than actual in game players? I think al lthat is needed is perhaps proof of ID or age verifications. http://www.youtube.com/user/Napolianboo#p/u/15/rCYLLQCNc1w |

Really? Even if you started a game by yourself it's easy to make new friends. eg: Wow: Stormwind cooking daily events you get the occasional random person to say hi to which usually ends up in 1 friend.
This isn't a signature, you just think it is. |

After looking at the site the "Rent a Slave" option is essentially, no literally, powerleveling and would break most games rules. The "Rent a Friend" option is what it says, paying someone to play with, not for, you. There really isn't anything against most ToS/EULA in that. If it were, they'd be able to ban you for buying your friend a copy of the game so you can play together. That being said, I'll be you guys friends for a fraction of what these jerks are charging! |

Oh boy... It's like Barbie going commercial all over again. I mean if she's so popular then why do you have to "buy" her friends?
