First expressions about WarZ for me was that it was not half as good as Day Z.

They've already moved onto a new game and will likely caese support for WarZ next year. "Los Angeles-based Hammerpoint will announce its next game in early 2013 and will release it in the third quarter of 2013." Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them. |

Originally posted by orbitxo Sergey has lied about absolutely everything. Ontop of that he admits that the advertisement wasn't correct but he says "We are sorry if people have missread the advertisements". He kept lying and accusing that everyone who reported a bug or complained about the FACT that a lot of things he advertised with where not in the game, he called them Day-z fanboys trying to destroy his game and reputation. I never ever met anyone who banned people for reporting a bug...yet he does and shouts that they where fanboy's trying to destroy the game and that there are no bugs. And this Sergey guy should be on a blacklist of frauds. He lied, he treathened and he been a general *ss to his community. He should be blacklisted and never get a job in the game industry ever again. |

Originally posted by Kabaal Amazing how frauds like that may continue ripping people off. So they make a game in about 3 months time. Demand money from it...people buy it, find out its nothing near as the promises said...then they cease their studio and move on. These guys should be arrested and get in jail for a few years. |

The IGN and other interviews were very entertaining. I get how people can/do defend SWTOR decisions that made me want to pull my hair out , even how some die hard Darkfall fans defend their turf so to say. But how anyone can defend this guy , who lied/ducked multiple times many questions/issues is beyond me. Easiest example is he said they ran out of Steam keys is why Steam pulled it , when Valve directly says they pulled it because in a nutshell it's crap and we don't want to have it on Steam. Fairly easy to believe Valve over this guy/team , yet people still want to give him a pass even on this ? I guess there's a sucker born every minute. |

Originally posted by furdude You seem to be doing an awful lot of research to attempt to prove this article as wrong, including replying to everything everyone says here against the game. Do you perchance work for the company in the article? If so, it may be advisable to cease in your comments, before you make the company look even worse. Originally posted by furdude These things were removed as a result of the articles condeming the practice. The articles are correct, the developer took action because of them. This is why it is important for gamers to make their opinions known. The only way greedy developers and poor development is brought to light and corrected is for the media to get involved. |

That furdude would probably say an article printed during world war 2 about an attack on pearl harbor was incorrect, because pearl harbor appears fine today. |

I know web images can be faked easily. When I Googled "warz refund blacklist" I came upon this: leviathyn.com ...which seems to be the only reference everyone else is using. Does one web picture make it so? I do not know. - Al Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse. |

I don't condone them at all, but you people always find something to complain about in every game, go look at every games forums its full of people thinking they know more then Devs...
Funny I been waiting for some of you to make your own games... Because thats what I did when I got sick of seeing games I dislike but what was I thinking you people rather whine about everything...... By the way to MMorpg... This thread from the start had trolling all over it.... |

Oom not a good situation at all.. I doubt the project and company are going to survive this... You'd most likely have to be a few tins short of a 6-pack to buy this game now or in the future.

Originally posted by Kabaal This has grown well beyond just one Dev. At this point, the entire company (branding wise) is toxic. Sergey just put the cherry on top of the toxic cake. They should NEVER have been allowed to directly interact with the player base, or the public. |

There is a difference between "SWTOR f2p conversion is one of the worst I've seen" and the real legal issues surrounding War Z.
I understand where you are coming from but this thread does not fall in line with what you are trying to say. A new thread in general chat would have been appropriate but trying to down play the situation here is not.
