The basic mentality for using the Paladin Build is do damage and passively heal. The beauty of that is you don’t haved to actually heal yourself. Which allows you to concentrate on being more tactical and aggressive.
It also puts up a look of being a bit tankish even though you really are not tanky at all. You just passively heal through most minor to moderate damage. But don’t think that your going to all of a sudden be Captain America. That will not happen people who directly CC and damage you can come out on top. Because you need to be attacking to heal in most cases.
Ok so now that you have to mentality what do you do? Well that’s simple this is a greatsword and staff build. Pretty much you should know how to use greatsword so I won’t go into that. What i want to focus more on is Staff for this build. Staff is your speed boost your wall your emergency heal and your chasing mechanic. You can put that together with the leap from GS and Judge’s Intervention. And you have yourself a pretty mobile Guardian. One that can even get away from a bad situation.
I want prattle on for no reason you have a better example in the two games I listed. I just wanted to make it a little more clear exactly what I was doing.
2.0 Build Part 1
I made this video as a precursor to a new series I haven't started yet. In my 2.0 guardian paladin build people said it couldn't pvp. I knew that was wrong because I used it in WvW but we know that isn't a valid test. Because in WvW it's either zerg or be zerged. So I decided to record it in sPVP when I had time.

Nice vid, thanks for making it.
For WvW, i prefer to go support guardian, using staff mostly but throwing in scepter torch when i need to do abit more than supporting. Burn those f1 f2 f3 abilities to buff allies, along with the might buff from staff to really help out. I also ditch the summoned weapons for shields/barriers as well.
Don't do spvp, so clueless as to what would be best there.
The Deep Web is sca-ry.

Thx I do stilllike WvW it's just not the best place to show off a build. I rarely have many one on ones there. Or even a good controlled environment. WvW is usually just massive running around fun for me lol..
