EA CEO John Riccitiello's on future microtransactions: "When you are six hours into playing Battlefield and you run out of ammo in your clip, and we ask you for a dollar to reload, you're really not very price sensitive at that point in time...We're not gouging, but we're charging." |

Originally posted by SaintPhilip Hey I bitch at SV as much as the rest of you - Mo is flawed and needs much love. Their AI is hardly that innovative, graphics nice but not ground-breaking, Guild-war stuff ok but not industry leading, Howwver it's not the pil 'o shite you;re portaying.
I just said aload of stuff they have to improve - I darez you to say what you think is good about it. You won;t but that's ok.. Got 'yer number! "In MO, even the haters are hardcore!" - ltank |

Originally posted by CroniteLore -I have. I have always said I thought the graphics were good (although most wont agree with me-) but thats it. And the Corporation which runs the game (SV) and its CEO (Henrik Nystrom) are conmen, liars and theives... Seriosuly, it would not surprise me if they do go F2P after selling those lifetime subs via donations- Or close the game down/ -True story. And we will see. Financial report due out soon. |

I want lots of sand box out there to choose form but it's a shittin tiny field - we all gotta agree that much at least. They are one of a tiny, tiny, number o houses trying to do this. All the biggies are too chiken shit to even try so gotta give them that, no? Even if they 100% clusterfuck they like a tiny minority having a pop at it. Balls-out for that at least.
Still if you wanna kill them - then don;t cry when you loggin into so piss-poor boring game - because you'll have helped make that happen!!

Lol nice try pal.
Gave MO a chance. Game was a mess, GMs were rude, shady and possibly corrupt. Only support worth a damn was Theia and even he has been at the mercy of Henrik and discord's bad business handling. While I want a game like MO to succeed, I don't intend to make up rubbish like you did to help starvault gain subs via lies. Starvault is a bad company who delivered an unfinished alpha and charged ppl AAA prices to play it. Interest, if anything is waning, the MO forums are dead, irc hovers at around 30-40 ppl as of late and SV managed to piss off the two biggest alliances with their latest screwup. With both of these groups waiting for DF2. I support indie devs, just not bad ones. |

Oh man Cronite, you're totally right, and you're totally one of us, man, and a true vet. I'm going to love this absolute pile of shit made by a bunch of thieves, liars, scammers, incompetent arrogant kiddies and psychopathic corrupt douchebags and give it another try. Totally.
Just not now, ok? More like. Later. Much much later. |

"I should point out that no other company has shipped out a beta on a disc before this." - Official Mortal Online Lead Community Moderator Starvault's reponse to criticism related to having a handful of players as the official "test" team for a supposed MMO: "We've just have another 10ish folk kind enough to voulenteer added tot the test team" (SIC) This explains much about the state of the game :-) |

I've played and supported SV with more than one account over the years, with the latest expansion and consequent GM actions I'm afraid I'm left with the unpleasant conclusion that they're just not up to the job of making an MMO worth my money and time with their current staff, from developers to GM's.
