try finding a squad to play with, they'll teach you how to play the game and they will find the action for you. also if you need help you can ask anything in channel 99.
to find a squad just ask around if there are any squads you can join.

I have a rundown here of using the interface and figuring out where to spawn: http://www.gnasche.com/ww2ol/support/wheretospawn.htm

The fastest ways to find combat are Mobile Spawns and Depot Spawning.  Mobile Spawns are described at the end of the above link and I have a detailed description of depot spawning here: http://www.gnasche.com/ww2ol/support/depotspawning.htm

I pay via paypal as Bibit doesn't accept my CC (Think it's due to the 3 digit number on the back of my card that CRS don't ask for).

I played the game at Launch back in June 0f 2001 (wow, has it really been that long.) Back then the servers were loaded and depite the bugs and lag there were epic battles of huge proportions. I'm suprised that the game is still around. CRS does have some really hard core fans. I'm going to check out the free trial this weekend and give it another go.

Definatly do it. CRS has really gotten their act together (although Strategy First made em rush the game out). I joined back in 2003 after being discouraged after playing a few days after the original release and since 2003 the game has improved a ton.
