I agree.  They are coming down way too hard on people for silly names.  I can understand if it was offensive names, but for someone named "Im Famous"? Really?  

It's an RPG, so pick an RP style name.  Go play a FPS if you want to use hacker handles or ironic/clever memes.

So they're forcing you to roleplay?  So if someone says "hey, did any of you guys hear about that tradegy on the news" or "anyone watch that TV programme last night" in general chat, that is a bannable offense?

They could of done what every other game does and have RP servers, then all of the dubious bans would only be on those realms.

Hitting level 80 after 2 days sounds like exploting a bug. According to the EULA, exploiting a bug may get you perma-banned.

Also, everyone on the internet tells the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Deal with ANet's support, they might know the whole story behind your ban.

Ever been on an RP server? They are filled with douchebags with dumbass names who like to mock the people that are actually trying to RP and enjoy themselves.

Good on ArenaNet for cracking down on stupid names. It doesn't take a lot of effort to come up with something original, probably easier than sitting for hours trying to come up with that "witty" name that gets you suspended.
